If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately I canāt came into this location 10/3/24 around 630pm waited 20 min for server she seen me waiting and said she would be with me more people came as time went on I watched her serve them even the cook to was taking other orders I took a look of my surroundings and realize I was the only one of my kind in the diner this place does not serve black people the same as other paying customers please do not support this location and there discrimination

I was seated by Desiree (the district manager). I asked for a cup of hot water with my meal. Apparently I can only get it if I ordered hot tea but the issue was her attitude! I don't have to spend my money in a single wide trailer when there are several other options with better service! Canceled the order and heading to Cracker Barrel!!! Hot water with a smile ? I'll never visit this location again if this is the level of service given from a DM! I will also be contacting corporate because I got time today!

I spend over $100 at this restaurant every week seeing as I live really close to the store. When Ashley brings the food to my table I politely let her know that she put ham in my hash browns and Iām a vegetarian. No biggie everyone makes mistakes and with me being a District manager of 5 restaurants I completely understand! So as she was calling my correct order i reminded her no chili no chunk she rudely says āI knowā which again no biggie maybe she was having a rough day. I went to pay and was charged a to-go service fee and because I ate there the District Manager āDeserieā takes it off and says next time I wonāt do this and by the way donāt wear that robe back in here! I explained that it was part of my religion not to mention I had shorts on under it. Well that didnāt sit right with her she then became very rude and says I canāt speak to the fellow customers. Off coarse I was baffled and said āWith all due respect I have a freedom of speech and Iām allowed to dress however I want unless there is a dress code in place. She then said ā I can deny service to who I want ā. At that point i apologized and then heard a waitress say heās bothering the guess i responded that i havenāt even spoke to anyone in which she became even more angry.As I was walking out she said donāt come back. I thought I have never received this type of treatment from any manager and being that I hold the same position in my field it was horrific!!! I will NEVER return! I know why the staff is so rude because their DM is rude and I have a video to prove it all!!!!!!!

Found a straw wrapper in my sausage hashbrown bowl mixed into my food. Garbage service, food mediocre. Completely ignored my complaints and asked "do you want a to go box?" As if this slop is acceptable.
