I went to lunch today but the lady patty working today i don't think she wanted to be there today I just ask a question about fresh fries you thought I ask for the world then I did the unthinkable I ask for fresh fries so if u go to Arby's be aware of patty

After 30 minute wait in drive thru wad missing items. French dip come with au jus...no not here. Sides nope messed up. 2 combo meals and $30 later. And can't get right...very disappointed
Took over 5 minutes to get my food and there was not a soul in the place. They person who took my order was to busy counting the till to give me my order so i had to wait for him to finish that (which should have been done before opening or at close the night before) stuff before he gave me my order. Then i get burnt fries old stail fries. Was going to ask for some others but figured that would take another 5 or 10 minutes and i only have 30 minutes for lunch. See the pic for the fries.

I just stopped in on my way through and went through the drive-thru to got something for me and my mom and it was great and the fries had the perfect crisp and the buns was toasted to perfection and the lady at the window was very friendly
I eat here frequently. Most of the time it's right on target. Sometimes, not so much but not enough to keep me away. I usually get the chicken, bacon, Swiss. It's really good.

Turkey, bacon (hold the ranch) sandwich is my favorite. I love the bread and it's a hearty sandwich. Price is kinda crazy but isn't everything these days. The lady at the drive thru was so sweet and has a great smile.
