I have always loved the food from any Bojangles. The service i receive at the Lafollette location is very poor. Having to sit over 10 minutes in the drive thru just to order is insane. Then when you pull up to order you have to say hello or you'll sit there even longer. I've had this happen multiple times! Its very inconvenient spending half your lunch time waiting on food.

This is a really good Bojangles, the food was extremely fresh and delicious. Stopped here for breakfast on the way back from a trip, and my chicken biscuit was excellent. Store also appeared to be very clean as well as the bathrooms.

We DoorDash last night and the chicken ended up being pink and not done at all so we reported it. Still ended up getting sick throughout the night. I never do bad reviews but we have just had it up to here with this place. They always tend to get things wrong and now raw chicken, plus sickness from other items. We are very disappointed..

I have nothing to really complain about this place really decent food decent customer service decent price just somewhere I don't eat very often cause their is nothing that really sets it apart from other fast food chains in Campbell County that sells chicken

This store repeatedly has not got our order correct. We Get home or work unwrap food and it's missing something. Today i ordered a steak biscuit Half gal. Of Sweet tea Got home no steak at all. Unsweetened tea!! Last week ordered sausage egg cheese. Got home, sausage only!! I'm over LaFollette Tn Store! Customers are not pleased. I've had several people say the same thing. My advice go somewhere else. Last time for me.

How do you not have any chicken and be a chicken restaurant and the service was terrible
When you place a order for a meal, but you don't want a drink, they shouldn't force you to take it if you don't want it. Had a I guess a new girl working there, cause I've never seen her there before. But when I said I didn't want the drink she said it comes with one, I told her again I didn't want it. She said pull around to the window and when I got to the window, again she ask what I wanted to drink. Finally I said just give me a sweet tea. I mean really, something needs to be done with her, and when I got my food, she was very rude. All I know is she had kinda red hair, I really didn't want to deal with her anymore.

On way to my chemo treatment in knoxville, my husband bragged about the sausage biscuits. We waited at the drive thru. 2 people got tired of waiting and pulled out. They were greasy to the point of soaking the wrapper. Burnt to a dark brown, tough and hard. I couldn't eat it. My husband called several times to talk to the manager and no one would answer. My last trip!
