Overall a fun experience, i can see the trouble people complaining about the food but our time each year is good there. A few small issues with our order. Drinks are getting slightly more expensive. Very clean place, fun water activities for the kids.

The only positive was the bar. The food was horrible and the service was extremely slow. When we finally got our food it was cold and we had to ask the waitress how much longer to even get the food. Ordered a grouper sandwich and the smell was so strong, it ruined our appetites. $180 for 6 people??? Way over priced!

The positives are all the frozen drinks and the water area for kids. The negatives the device was horrible. After talking to three people and 30 mins after my whole family ate I finally got good food. It never should've taken that long.

A girl named amber called me immature after calling me. It was my birthday and it ruined the entire day I can’t believe how disappointed I am with the bad customer service and how this establishment can allow such ignorance to happen under their watch!! WILL NOT be coming to eat here

Great place for dinner. Our server, Sydney, was great. They had some great frozen cocktails.

Great good! Friendly atmosphere. Friendly servers. Well kept marina for beautiful view of you eat outside. Attached is a very nice gift shop (probably one the best around with great variety)

We stop here every year. The food is really good, but the service and speed is always an issue. This year we had two tables of people. One table had their food in the takeout boxes before the other table even got their food. We ordered at the same time. But if you are boating at Norris definitely eat here and check out the store.

Best fish and chips on the lake! Great draft beer selection and always clean with good service.

Good food, beautiful location. Had a nice lunch with the family after a nice cruise in the boat.
