Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Not very good...

Felt the need to write a review today based on what my family and I experienced tonight at Dairy Queen. With three little girls and 4 grown adults we stopped by for dinner and then ice cream following. The sweet girl running the front of house I believe her name was Madeline, deserves all the praise! She was running around working her little tail off with so much personality, friendly and wearing a big ole smile even through the craziness and all the chaotic busy restaurant shenanigans. My husband and I gave her a tip just to thank her for all of her kindness and hard work, her reaction made any sort of wait worth it. We don’t know what kind of day you were having before you went into work and it being crazy busy but we hoped to shed some light on your chaotic night at work. From the restaurant family ourselves your hard work and devotion didn’t go unnoticed tonight from our family, we appreciated you! Our food was great, service was excellent and restaurant was in fairly good shape considering the crazy conditions tonight.

Inside wasn’t clean. Could tell the staff had thrown things around through the day. Food was standard for DQ.

Milk shakes are really good, and the service is super fast

We don’t go to Dairy Queen a lot but we went tonight and I ordered a s’mores blizzard. Not even filled to the rim it was 3 “ from the top. This photo I hadn’t even taken a bit of it yet. So disappointed, Dairy Queen is not cheap. I ordered a medium this could have fit into a small cup.

Great Ice-cream but the service could be better. On multiple occasions I have ordered we t to pickup and products be out of stock and I was still charged and I had to question how to fix it

I write this as I am sitting here in the store listening to Christian music while the entire staff in the back are so loud cussing and laughing at customers... it took 10 mins for them to acknowledge us at the counter and another 10 mins before we got our cold food. This place is getting worse and worse. Smh

Filthy dining area. Filthy tray that food was brought out on. Incorrect order. Mens room stunk like poop. Rude manager when confronted about filth.

Ordered ice cream and burgers. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. They weren’t busy at all and I’m not sure what took so long.

The workers are amazing great energy super chill place to chill and relax while having ice cream or eating very respectful as well.

Trying to get the food was a little ridiculous I mean come on it's ice cream but yet it gave them some difficulty but apparently everybody working that day was brand new so sad I wanted to go back there and say here let me show you how to make a milkshake
