Order the pizza online drove in from 15 to 20 minutes out was towed it'll be ready in a minute waiting in the parking lot for another 30 minutes to go in and find out that my pizza was just now being put in the oven this place needs to be shut down it is terrible service these girls in here have no personality and could care less about anything that's going on outside of their own little insignificant lives

Ordered a pizza at 7:35. Told the guy who took the order that the address was in jacksboro not lafollette because last time they sent to wrong address. Hour goes by, no pizza, called and said they were in la follette! At 9.24 they finally get here almost 2 hours with a cold pizza. No apology and no discount, so we refused it! The girl that delivered it was also the store manager. I totally understand mishaps, but this is ridiculous!

Since the new owners took over, I have noticed a big change in my orders! They are so much better. Everything taste so much better, everything is perfectly proportioned and the workers are amazing and friendly. Plus with the app, I get free food! Highly recommend!
Great food, terrible service, I sat in line for the window for 10 mins behind one car while my order was ready and payed for. Left and the car was still there 10 more minutes later.

DONT EAT HERE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER YOUR FOOD! OWNER WANTED TO GIVE A CREDIT IN STORE! You think after all the corporate complaints and the way he dismissed that we were charged on our card and they refused to refund the money back to our card.!!!!!!
On the 26th of June we ordered items online. Paid for it and 1-1/2 later still no delivery! I called to see what was taking so long and I was told during shift change my order may have been picked up! I asked why didn’t someone call sooner and the answer I got was we can redo your order. No way refund my money. Few days later no refund! I called back and spoke with a manager and she said she was refunding it and apologized! I stopped by the store and left a note for the refund and still no return call. I called again and was told to call my bank. My bank said no attempt has ever made an attempt to refund or cancel that transaction. Here it is July 15th no refund! In my eyes that’s stealing and refusing to refund a customer that didn’t get their order. I have communicated this on another level and have documented email from our bank.

Paid for Marinara and garlic sauce didn’t not get it. No icing for the cinnamon bread twists. Pizza was lightly sauced and cold. Parm bites were not even edible. Seemed they were lacking in experience or customer service trained employees.

Placed online order This food was terrib? Pizza was supposed to be hand tossed - it was so thin and covered with so much sauce you couldn't even pick it up to eat it. We were traveling and it was such mess! The bell pepper was actually burnt on the pizza! Then there's the bacon jalapeño cheesy bread just awful - very few pieces of jalapeño & very little cheese, what bacon was in it was all at one end and the rest of it was on the paper and burnt! The outside was overcooked, and the darn thing wasn't even 8 inches long! The employees were nice. Would not order from here again.
