Only go during peak times. Otherwise chicken old and always out of extra crispy or some other item. Sides and drinks good. Too expensive for old chicken

Been there 3 weeks in a roll. Bad food. Order all white meat. Got all dark meat not cooked and raw. Cold slaw tasted old. Biscuits wasn't done The only thing you could eat was the mashed potatoes. I want be back and want suggest for anyone to eat here. Thank you always.

Not very good food I got a chicken famous bowl and it was supposed to have crispy chicken pieces in it and gravy, mashed potatoes, corn and cheese but mine had soggy chicken mashed potatoes gravy and no cheese and way too much corn and I was supposed to have a family size green beans and Mac and cheese but I got a small size green beans and an order of fries which I told guy I talked to 3 times and told him no fries and I told him I wanted instead of small side, I wanted 2 family size sides but obviously didn't listen I guess KFC can't make any good food anymore and If I was anyone reading this I would avoid this place at all costs. Sorry but not sorry because this store needs to get it together because the food wasn't even edible.

This chicken tastes rotten tonight. This is the third time this year I have been to this location and this is the third time the chicken has been bad there. This is not the only KFC location that serves terrible chicken nowadays either. I bought the eight pieces for $10 on Tuesdays meal and it is got blood oozing out of the chicken from between the bones. 2 times before this year the chicken was somehow overcooked it was tough it was tasteless it was terrible and it was also part of a $70 meal which is extremely high. I called the manager and told them but I'm sharing my experience because I want other people to know that they may have their night ruined like we have and we are now going to have to eat bologna instead of having a sit-down meal. There is something acidic in the chicken too it, is burning our mouths inside, are gums are on fire. I really hope the owner of this restaurant in particular does something to shake things up around there because I do enjoy KFC always have. If they are still open in another year I may take a chance one more time but for now heck no.

After a long while of not eating here, I thought I'd give it another try. Wished I hadn't cause I just wasted $12. I got a 3 piece meal. The wing they put in there wouldn't even classify as a piece of chicken it was so small. The biscuit was larger than the wing and it was a small biscuit. Their chicken is so tiny compared to other places. The breast was dry and tough. The leg was dry as well. I do not recommend. Gave two stars because of the friendly lady at drive through.

The Colonal would be ashamed at the size of the pieces of chicken. Even small for a child
Absolutely terrible! The chicken was so greasy and salty I could barely choke it down. I got 4 pieces of chicken half the pieces I couldn't even tell what they were. Kentucky fried chicken has went downhill big time over the years.

I don't know what you do to the chicken but you used to be able to taste the herbs and spices on the chicken and now it pretty much sucks. Dont know if you all strayed from the original recipe but something changed. Used to love it but now I go to Zaxbys.

Ordered online. Got there said my order was ready. Waited 30 minutes watching them fill orders thru drive thru. Finally got my order which was an 8 piece dinner. Got home had half a container of potatoes, French fries instead of coleslaw. They could have at least told me and give me the option to change my order. They have list my business. Orders are never tight they either give you the wrong thing or leave something out.

Not sure if I would actually want to eat here anymore because I've noticed that the guy that actually Cooks the chicken has real long hair and is flying all over the place which could cause it to get in the chicken batter and I think the man actually should have his hair pulled back out of the way instead of it flying all over the place
