Went to KFC the other day (because my wife was craving it) during normal operating hours was about 2pm. They were closed for no apparent reason. Went again today and olaced an order for 3 meals. The total was just shy of $60 which in itsself is insane. But the worst part the app says it's a large order and that it will be at least 30 minutes. I waited 15band went to the drive thru. To my surprise my order was already ready for pick up. No complaint there. But the food...ugh. The potato wedges were cold and hard and the few that I tried to eat literally tastes rancid. All the chicken tenders were cold but at least edible. They apparently forgot the rest of the sides and biscuits. Might as well because the sides that I did get mac and cheese and mash potatoes were cold and the Mac and cheese had a large clump of dried Mac and cheese like it had been sitting for hours. I'm pretty sure the entire order was old and had been sitting and that is why they were able to make it so quick. Basically I paid them $60 to dump their garbage for them. To top it off they gave me 4 drinks when I ordered 3. For the amount of money they charge nowadays I don't feel like it is asking a lot to look at the order you are packing and double checking that it is complete before passing it to the customer. Today was by far the absolute worst I have ever had from this place. If I were in the dining room I would have demanded a refund and given the food back and went elsewhere. All this said this is odd because usually I have no complaints and I hope today was just an off day. But I'm out $60 and don't have our lunch either. You really need to do better. It will be a while before I go back here. You guys are gonna make people sick.

Reminded today why we don't go there very often. Went through the drive through. Got the family meal. Got home to find one of the sides replaced with mash potatoes and several pieces of the chicken had broken bones. The pieces looked as if they had been crushed. To far to drive back, had people waiting on me. What ever happened to the days an order did not go out the window until it was right. Today's time they just throw anything in the bag and give it to you. Gave it a three star only because it still had the KFC flavor. Will be a while before I try them again.

this store was the worst KFC food I had ever eaten it was so greasy you could swim in it . was so bad grease was running out corners of box .. AWFUL !!!!

Wait 20mins in drive thru. To get food that is not fresh. And not even the right order.
Order two large chicken livers only got 12 to 13 livers. The chicken I got extra crispy barley no chicken just crispy missing a mashed potato had to wait on chicken liver they said it would be 7 minute wait turned into 30 minutes on liver I also went back in to tell them that they forgot the kids meal and the drink, What has happened to place.

Don’t know what they’re doing one of the male manger likes to make dirty comments to his workers they’re always yell and cuss food is great extremely slow to last week went there for a number 3 they told me a 5 min wait which turned into 45 and they even got the food wrong definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here with kids unless you want your kids to hear them cussing and they make dirty jokes to each other all the time
