I ordered 1 regular Krystal burger, ranch blasted fries, and a medium drink and it was over $9. My burger was squished down in the box and the top bun was so mashed it wouldn't cover the burger. Fries and drink were okay but Krystal should do better for that price.

I asked them what kind of geodes they have and they were confused. I told them I specifically wanted a large amethyst and they told me they serve BURGERS. A business called Krystal, and instead of beautiful geology they serve FOOD. Food was good though.

Went there yesterday got the double cheese burger combo. The burgers were swarming in grease and way too much mustard and onions. Literally taste like grease. The burgers and fries were not even warm. Horrible. Doubt I'll be returning.

We ordered a 12 pack of burgers and they came with mustard onions and pickles. The burgers are THIN. really thin. Some of them had mustard/pickles and some of them didn't. The sprite that we ordered tasted like the heads of the soda machine had not been cleaned. You could taste mold/other soda in the sprite. The Woman who took my husband's order was irritated/flustered and got our order wrong. The only thing that had flavor was the junkyard tots but they gave us fried instead of tots like we had asked. We went to sit outside at the tables and their umbrellas were broken

The bread was stale and the onions were brown the meat was a little slimy, felt like they had been setting out to long, my husband returned them they said no need to make them up they had same meat and bread, but did refund , the lady (Ashlynn) didn’t seem to care that the quality was poor , I’d say poor customer service, she also said there is no corporate office to report issues they only answer to themselves, I’d say they need new management

The drive thru cashier needs to learn how to read, or get glasses if the screen is "too far away." How does Michael look like Michelle? Besides the first 4 letters. Then asked me what I had, when it should say it plain as day on the screen. Also took forever to get my food. Exactly why I hate dealing with people
