Worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. Made an online order for pickup, and watched the pull out my food and give it away at least twice. The third time, I asked what she was doing, and got a typical tirade when she became typical "Campbell County Woman."

Those who live here know that's not a misogynistic statement, but rather, anl mental condition where, faced with a question or any [however slight] rebuke of their behavior, they become overly aggressive and have no purpose in life but to kill the person who questioned their "I do what I want!" attitude.

She was fired on the spot, however, the next employee also gave away my food --- now an hour and a half since ordering. I told them where to put it and got a refund.

Place used to get a bad rap but with the new staff it's excellent

I placed my order online went to the store they had my wings sitting on the counter for 30 minutes while I waited on my pizza. Spoke to the assistant manager he told me to wait or go else where. 45 minutes now I am done with this place . Not acceptable. I want a full refund and I want this guy fired. No skills as a leader .

The pies we got today are OLD. Either sitting in the warmer for hours or were maybe even premade the night before and thrown through the oven today. I should not be able to do this to a pizza made within the last hour or two. I could probably throw this like a Frisbee and it'd break someone's window.

Never answers the phone. Can't call in to order anything. The one crew does a phenomenal job. When they make pizza it tastes really good has plenty of sauce and ingredients. But the other crew when they make pizza it's always dry, thin and has no pizza sauce on the pizza! This happens on and off about 50% of the time. I skipped out on buying from them for two years until someone brought me a pizza from them and it was great. I order from them now but sometimes when I walk in and I see who's working in there I turn around and walk right the heck out.

The pizza is either ok or really bad. The past 3 times I've gotten it its had so much cheese its like a solid block, and a couple of other times its just completely underbaked.

I had little ceasers delivered thru doordash. And the pizza and cheese bread, was actually better then most around here!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Got a pepperoni pizza, looked more like sauce, crust and maybe a tastes worth of cheese, paid for extra cheese and a remake, 3 slices were almost nothing but sauce, the rest had cheese but was caked with so much sauce the toppings slid off as you picked it up. Awful crew early in the day

On my last visit, the card reader had a malfunction. I was lacking over $3 in cash. (I never carry cash) After several attempts to fix the problem by the management, the cashier pulled his wallet out and said he would pay for it and then a young girl did the same. I told them that I could do without it, it was no problem. I had never met the young man or woman before. They insisted to pay. I applaud these two individuals for their compassion. Still, though, I was disappointed in the manager for allowing them to do it. I left with the pizza and hope in humanity that the younger generation wasnt lost.

Terrible wait. Hot and ready is so false advertising. I don't even know if they have anything hot and ready. Your better off ordering pizza or getting it at a store to put in your oven.

Ordered two pizza. Had to wait for one to be made. Was told 11 minutes so I went to Food City next door to grab a few things. 15 minutes later I come back to pick my pizza up and was told they couldn't find it. They had to remake it. No one in charge came up front to acknowledge what happened. People in the back had no idea what they were doing. Finally got my pizzas, one was cold and the other obviously just came out of the oven. My original order was taken at 4:30 I didn't get my other pizza tell 5:15. My order wasn't the only order that was messed up. Complete chaos! There was a an older lady in plane clothes walking around on her phone in the back then walked outside that looked like she was maybe management but she was helping anyone.So disappointing!
