Staff is unkept, inattentive and is focused more on back room jokes and play than serving. The pretzel crust pizza was terrific despite the crews lacking in other areas of professionalism.

I frequent this Little Caesar's regularly, and last night was the worst experience I've ever had there. I ordered a custom pizza through the app at 7pm. I arrived at the store at 7:20pm. I received my pizza, and went back to my car. I checked the pizza, and it is not my order. I walked back in to return the pizza, and then was made to wait 40 minutes while they took care of a 10-15 customer rush before they even addressed the issue. I didn't walk out with my pizza until a few minutes after 8pm.

I was asked at least five times what my pizza was by different staff, yet no one was taking action to fix the problem. Most of the staff was extremely unprofessional -- accusing someone of giving my pizza to someone else, arguing with other staff about being on their phone, using the POS under other's names, complaining about hours/pay, talking about being so upset they were going to walk out the door, and also being discourteous (eyerolling) to customers making reasonable requests, like the gentleman who asked for his pizza to be remade after i had returned it to them. They were seriously going to give him a pizza I walked out of the store with. I was not the recipient of this eyeroll, but it made my jaw drop all the same.

I hate to even make complaints, or leave bad reviews like this, but I feel I had to step up, and say something lest someone else ends up in the same position. I understand the restaurant was extremely busy, and service work can be very difficult when customers are unhappy, (I'm very reasonable and lenient in that regard, especially because I work a service job as well), but this is unacceptable. I order online because the store is hot, and there are usually a lot of people crowded inside a small lobby which makes me uncomfortable. The whole purpose of online ordering was subverted during this experience.

I do appreciate the fact that I was given a free drink, but I'm not asking for free stuff, or a refund. I'm asking for change.

It was packed! Ordered online, went to pick up and it wasnt even ready. The app had chosen a time for me. That was another hour! Make sure if ypu are using app to look at the time slot.

I’ve had pizza here a couple times. Never had a problem, not once.
The staff are friendly and the pizza was great every time. I won’t even try the other pizza places around here when I’m in town. Highly recommend the buffalo ranch for your pizza - delicious and not too spicy.

Paid nearly $40 for food, never received food. Put in a complaint, and they waited a month to say anything conveniently for them that's too long to give me my money back. Won't be back here as a customer again or any other store in the franchise. Stick with Papa johns they're faster and better.

Workers were rude, and the franchisee was rude saying it was my fault they couldn't produce a result.

Consistently makes pizzas wrong. Miss the old manager they were always helpful.

The girl working the counter is very very rude!!

Every time I order online I always order at MIN 30mins ahead. I have had to wait for my order every single time I’ve gotten to the store. And I have never had to wait less than 20mins once I’m here. This time I specific I ordered 2 pizzas, that’s all, and I ordered it over 40mins ahead from when I got here, there are no customers here and I am still having to wait for an order that should have been done when I got here.

Worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. Made an online order for pickup, and watched the pull out my food and give it away at least twice. The third time, I asked what she was doing, and got a typical tirade when she became typical "Campbell County Woman."

Those who live here know that's not a misogynistic statement, but rather, anl mental condition where, faced with a question or any [however slight] rebuke of their behavior, they become overly aggressive and have no purpose in life but to kill the person who questioned their "I do what I want!" attitude.

She was fired on the spot, however, the next employee also gave away my food --- now an hour and a half since ordering. I told them where to put it and got a refund.

I placed my order online went to the store they had my wings sitting on the counter for 30 minutes while I waited on my pizza. Spoke to the assistant manager he told me to wait or go else where. 45 minutes now I am done with this place . Not acceptable. I want a full refund and I want this guy fired. No skills as a leader .

The pies we got today are OLD. Either sitting in the warmer for hours or were maybe even premade the night before and thrown through the oven today. I should not be able to do this to a pizza made within the last hour or two. I could probably throw this like a Frisbee and it'd break someone's window.

Never answers the phone. Can't call in to order anything. The one crew does a phenomenal job. When they make pizza it tastes really good has plenty of sauce and ingredients. But the other crew when they make pizza it's always dry, thin and has no pizza sauce on the pizza! This happens on and off about 50% of the time. I skipped out on buying from them for two years until someone brought me a pizza from them and it was great. I order from them now but sometimes when I walk in and I see who's working in there I turn around and walk right the heck out.
