So first the good. Food was hot, fast and cooked perfectly. The pizza tasted the best I've had from this location. The bad? Three people from our group pulled a long hair out of their mouth while eating the pizza. I've had this happen before at different places. As disgusting as it is it happens I get it. People are human and for that I can look past it. But three? I feel like either someone is being careless and not wearing a hair net or someone is disgruntled. Whatever it may be I just wanted to put it out there for the employees and the location manager. If an act as such is deliberate and that can be traced back to the person who put it there and could come with criminal charges followed with the possibility of a lawsuit personal or against the company. That said I sincerely hope this was a rare instance and not a bad actor. Either way it makes me think twice about ordering from there again.

Ordered a pizza and hour ago, just got from Doordash, I did not use Doordash to order. Pizza is cold. Experience was terrible. My ratings are looked at by a lot of people. Wake up Papa John's.

A whole lot better than little caesars, and cheaper than pizza hut and definitely cheaper than domino's!!! The more times you order from papa johns the better the deals and discounts get!!!

After trying to order from Dominoes, (which was a total nightmare and took 2 hours to deliver, and so we refused) Papa Johns delivered a really good, hot fresh pizza in 20 mins! Great fast service! Highly recommend!

This location needs to change their delivery routing. There's no reason why they can't delivery to the Shanghai Resort which is in LaFollette, Tennessee. I just got off the phone with the call center and they said that they don't deliver to the Shanghai Resort. I basically hung up on them. If someone from out of town stays at the Shanghai Resort and wants to order a pizza, then that should not be a problem when it comes to delivery. I now know not to do business with this location in the future. This is unacceptable and not good for business!
It's probably the most chaotic business I've ever visited. Was completely ignored when trying to place an order. Had to go outside and call to get service.
