After trying to order from Dominoes, (which was a total nightmare and took 2 hours to deliver, and so we refused) Papa Johns delivered a really good, hot fresh pizza in 20 mins! Great fast service! Highly recommend!

This location needs to change their delivery routing. There's no reason why they can't delivery to the Shanghai Resort which is in LaFollette, Tennessee. I just got off the phone with the call center and they said that they don't deliver to the Shanghai Resort. I basically hung up on them. If someone from out of town stays at the Shanghai Resort and wants to order a pizza, then that should not be a problem when it comes to delivery. I now know not to do business with this location in the future. This is unacceptable and not good for business!

Half of my order was handed off to a completely different group of people, and then had to wait for nearly an hour for the food that was handed off. No compensation given, no apologies, no nothing. Absolutely absurd.

Even when they are very busy and I have to wait a few minutes, the staff here is very friendly and makes it better.
Parking: Not a place people go to dine in, so the parking lot is small, but I have always had an easy time finding parking here.
