This location needs to change their delivery routing. There's no reason why they can't delivery to the Shanghai Resort which is in LaFollette, Tennessee. I just got off the phone with one of the employees and the lady said that they don't deliver to the Shanghai Resort. I basically hung up on them. If someone from out of town stays at the Shanghai Resort and wants to order a pizza, then that should not be a problem when it comes to delivery. I now know not to do business with this location in the future. This is unacceptable and not good for business! The Shanghai Resort is only 16 minutes away from this Pizza Hut location. There's absolutely no reason why they can't deliver to this hotel.

We ordered a meat lovers with extra cheese and received this with onions. The manager said he cut that pizza himself and there were no onions it! You can clearly see the onions on the pizza!

The girl at the counter was not friendly at all. Had a take out order which included salads. Went in to grab my food and go and was told I had to make my own salads. Hell I may as well make my own pizza too. Won’t be going back to this dump.

we hadn’t had pizza hut in years, and never at the one here in Campbell county until tonight. Everything was very good! Delivered very quickly (even faster than quoted time). Our delivery driver was very friendly and made sure to thank me for his tip, and told me if it’s not good to give the restaurant a call and let them know…. Great experience! Will be ordering again!!
