I will be calling the manager of this location. I am a DoorDasher & Uber Eats driver. In the instructions to pick up your customerās orders, they first said to pull up in any stall & push the red button. Then, when I did numerous times, they told me I have to go to the patio & push the red button. So I did several times. Then they put a sticker saying itās out of order; just knock at the door. Then was told to park in one of the green stalls. Makes no sense, but whatever.Just earlier this evening, an employee caught me taking a picture of the note, & she said, oh, we need to take that off. They have at least 7 ferrel cats someone is feeding in the parking lot as well. Sure, they keep the rats away, but always get a shrug when I am there to deliver their food. Iām 46, a wife of a 100% disabled Marine Veteran. And just as she tore down the sticker, she said I could pull up to another stall, closer.

The car hop was ok but when I ordered mozzarella sticks I was under the impression that it came with marinara but I guess I was wrong. Instead I got at least 10 packs of ketchup and when I pushed the button to request marinara they answered but never said I'm sorry we'll bring it right out. Very piss pour Sonic as far as I can see. They may have some good crew members but on 6/3/24 they must have been on vacation or the night off. It will be a while before I come back to this place!

Everytime I go here to get a bag of ice they always tell me they can't sell any because the machine is broken. Like what the heck? Why after almost 2 months is that thing not fixed or replaced? Or are they just saying that because they don't want to sell it? It's ALWAYS the same girl who tells me it's broken. Either it's broke and Sonic is not caring to fix it or they are lazy and don't wanna sell me any.
We ordered a large Turtle truffle blast and they put a few of the toppings at the very top and a little at the bottom, the rest was vanilla ice cream. 95+% of the "blast" was vanilla soft serve ice cream.

Did mobile order took almost 20 minutes not really busy. I could understand if itās busy but not many cars here. Donāt like to say this but other sonics Iāve been to are better.
