Hot dang. It's amazingly good. The rub they use on the ribs, they fall off the bone. The brisket literally melts in your hands. It's like meat M&Ms. I was a little skeptical of the slaw, wasn't very vinegary. But it really works great with everything. It's by far the best in the area.
Everything they have is amazing, but their brisket is phenomenal. I am not a huge brisket fan, because it has to be done right, and that's hard to do, but theirs is out of this world and it's my favorite item on the menu! It just melts in your mouth!
We had a large family gathering and Danny was very informative and accommodating to our needs! We ordered Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken & Ribs. The food was delicious and we would not hesitate to use Stockyard BBQ again!!
