DO NOT COME HERE. My family has been coming to this marina since 2007. After spending every summer here almost my whole life and NEVER missing our rent, the new owners have unfairly EVICTED US and DOZENS OF OTHERS who have been staying here for DECADES. This place was truly my favorite place in the world and it is heart breaking to be forced to leave because some rich out of towners want to turn a profit. The lake community has always been about the people and these new owners are here to destroy that community. Do everyone a favor and do not come here. Soon enough the owners will realize their mistake and be forced to sell it back.

Me and my family went to lake Norris for vacation. We rented 2 jet skis for one day, after we returned them we got charged a ton of money for damages, although we did not notice any damage and did not hit anything while we had them. We asked for proof but they wouldn’t send any and just charged us anyway.

WILL NEVER COME TO THIS MARINA AGAIN. My Family and I rented 2 jet skis for 1 day. At the end of the day, we returned them, and the employee said everything was good to go. No damage, in the same condition we rented them in. The next day, we get a $300 charge. When we spoke to them they said the charge was for damages done to the Jet Skis. We told them we had not damaged them and wanted to see picture proof of the damage. Called several times, no answer. a month later and we are still trying to get this sorted out. Communication was awful, staff was awful to deal with. We also had 2 other random charges from them, that they since removed.

Owners said we damaged the jet skis after we left the place and charged us an ungodly amount (almost $400). We asked to see a picture of the damage because no one said anything when we dropped it off. They wouldn’t send a picture to prove the damage. We were all very careful with the jet skis and no one ran into anything. We have photos of us riding them and no one could find any damage throughout the photos.
We won’t rent from them again. Not a quality business.

Our family was in Lake Norris and we rented boats and jet skis from this marina. During the rental of the jet skis in the middle of us using it, the JetSki started beeping and would not stop. We had to drive it all the way back to the marina which was 20 or 30 minutes. When we arrived, they said that was just a service warning and reset it. After we finished using the Jets skis we returned them and they inspected them and said everything was good. The following day they charged us almost $400 for what they said was damage. We requested pictures of the damage and pictures of before we rented them so we could see what was damaged. They would not send any pictures or provide any type of proof of the damage we called them numerous times and they would never send it. This place is just a scam looking to take your money and then charge you after you leave town. We would never rent from them again.

Horrible experience with their team. We booked 2 boats for 1 day, and while booking, it asked if we wanted delivery, and I had selected yes. No one called and told me anything otherwise. Come the night before our rental period, I called and talked to a women who took our address down for delivery and said they'd have it there at 10am or by 10am the next day. Come that day, 1015, no one had shown. So I called, and was told that we don't have delivery and that they would charge us extra. They said 100 delivery fee and since it was their fault and failure to communicate correctly, they decided on 50. Once they showed up, they pushed me to "drop them off" later, and that they'd take us back. We'll, Come 6/630, I had called asking if they could come get them, since that's part of the delivery fee, and since we had 18 people that they would have to move all the stuff and take us back to our house. They agreed it would be easiest to do that and that they would get them when they can and top them off/ bill us gas used. I checked my account sunday and noticed we were charged 50$ more than we should have been, and did not get any type of receipt via email. I also left a voicemail on Sunday(2 days ago) to get a call back and have not received one yet. I had to call again. I will not use this marina again. Very bad communication and expectations.

We rented a pontoon from here. The boat was basically new. I'd recommend renting here. Also, we stopped for fuel and lunch 3 separate days. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip to Norris.

We had a truly amazing experience renting boats and equipment from Sugar Hollow! After a minor miscommunication at the beginning (a fault of the prior management, not the current one!), Tyler literally did everything - way above and beyond - to make sure our family and friends had the best time with our rentals. Seriously fantastic service!!! We will rent from Sugar Hollow again for sure!

Took an over an hour to get our food and they weren’t busy. 14” pizza was like a Jack’s frozen pizza, 4 chicken wings supposedly weigh 1/2 lb, kids pizzas were pretty good, $10 chicken sandwich comes w/no sides and was 3/4 size of the bun. One grandchild never did get his meal. We were very disappointed.

Great day at the lake, but originally got the Tri-Toon 200 for tubing- but it had no towing bar! Expectation was a high powered boat would have towing bar. Lost an hour of rental time waiting for a new boat. Ended up with Tri-Toon 150, not as powerful for our large group. Would have appreciated compensation on our time, but marina did transport back to the rental house.
