Tried this place 3 times since it’s a local business. Was terrible all 3 times but just wanted to give it a chance. We were the first people there, it had opened shortly before so there was us and 3 other couples, ordered a Philly with fries and a burger with fries.. EVERYONE got their food before us. Drinks were bad, food was wrong and cold, and we told them this and they were so generous enough to give us $1 off. Then $3 off after they realized I didn’t eat mine. My meal alone was $10.99. Waitress was nice, it wasn’t her fault. I’m guessing it’s the management, not sure who the guy was that was there but he was incredibly rude. Wish I could give 0 stars:
The server was great! Sweet Potatoe fries were really good but the Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce has no spice too it. The wings were luke warm too. I should have ordered bone-in, that's what I've ordered previously and they were hot, juicy and amazing. The boneless not so much. The hamburger my Mother ordered, she said it was very tasted and cooked perfectly. Overall the experience was great. I was disappointed over the boneless wings and lack of spice in the BBQ sauce.
Very friendly. The food is delicious. Nice atmosphere.
This place is literally the best place! They have Trivia n Karaoke, live musical artists, the best drinks in town, n the best wings u will ever taste! This is my go to place whenever I need a break from life!
Food was pretty good, mostly there for the beer. Beer was cold, but the mug was hot. It’d be 1000x better if they’d rostered their mugs.
Food is great... drink's could be stronger....wings at good but overpriced ?
10 bone in wings to go. With tax just shy of $18.00. A bit steep for what came out of the kitchen. Skin seemed like it had not been cooked long enough and the meat itself was chewy. Out of the ten wings two were okay. I would look elsewhere if you like wings.
We were on a trip for the weekend and stumbled across this hidden gem. Service was fantastic and very friendly (that southern hospitality is legit). We all ordered wings and they were phenomenal. The music they had rolling was nothing less than greatness. Last but certainly not least, the beer was as cold as the Rockies on a brisk day in December, served in frozen mugs. Do yourself a huge favor, and pay these good people a visit when you’re in town.
We were on a weekend trip to the area and wanted a place to watch the Ryder Cup and eat some wings. Randomly found this place and decided to give it a try. All of the food we ordered was great, the beer was served ice cold in frozen mugs, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. Great experience!
We had a phenomenal time at Twin Flame! The staff was very accommodating, very nice to talk to, and dealt with us rowdy UC fans enjoying the game! Food was very good as well, wings were amazing. Highly recommend.

This place just isn’t good. Slow service and bad food. Thought I’d see for myself after seeing many bad reviews. They wasn’t wrong. Yuck.
Great gift and server. The tea was awesome
My boyfriend and I,ate there for the first time Saturday and we had the Philly Cheese steak sandwich and it was delicious!! It was overflowing with meat. Are waitress was super sweet! So glad we have a good restaurant close. Beats driving to Knoxville
We both had Philly cheesesteak today and it was delicious. Highly recommend. And only one waitress was covering the late afternoon and she was doing a great job. Very courteous and attentive to everyone there
The waitresses are super sweet. Burgers are delish! I would swear the onion rings were homemade, crisp and pure yum. You've got to they the salsa and chips. The salsa is ah-maz-ing! It has this smokey taste that is unlike any I've had before. Will definitely be back.
