Ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken was so hard it could break a tooth other than that everything was good. This was late at night and likely due to sitting on warmer to long. I would recommend this Wendy’s still the staff are friendly and mistakes happen and this is a first complaint in many visits

Every table was dirty. Are fodod was cold and the fries we so gressey. Never go back again. All the workers were in the back just talking. I had to say HELLO to know we were inside.

I have been going to this Wendy's for years and it has been good for a while. It has severely declined.
My family went through the drive thru today while my daughter was in dance class. There was one car ahead of us and we still had 15 minutes so I thought we were safe. I was incorrect. The guy at window pulled us forward with no drinks, but whatever. We waited until it was literally time to get my child. Finally my husband and I were irate. I just wanted a refund. My youngest was screaming at this point. So my husband goes in and tells them he wants a refund. They never bring him a manager but tell him they don't do refunds. They have to get approval from a general manager and she isn't there. We leave, pick up my daughter and come back. I proceed to go in. Finally, I guess the manager finally called back, an employee came out and talked to me and apologized. I was told my food had been sitting there the whole time and no one bothered to bring it out.
I work in food services and I'm a shift leader in a restaurant so I understand that these happen. But it still needs to be addressed.

I went in and place an order for a hamburger and told the cashier that if it comes out dry and cold like it has been coming that I would bring it back lo and behold that's exactly what happened I took it back he said that he'd fix it talk to the guy in the back and it came out exactly the same cold dry edges with no lettuce and lukewarm fries that's it I'm done with this Wendy's and for as for the atmosphere fix the broken window

Stopped by this morning to grab a quick breakfast for my kids as their treat for having a good week last week and me a coffee. Ordered the cold foam caramel priced at $3.79 on their menu board. It rang up $5.29. Told the cashier and she said well it the iced coffee and cold foam are priced different…..umm according to your menu board they are priced the same. Paid the full overcharged amount and went on only to found out the biscuits were so dry and hard they were not edible and the “cold foam” was like warm watered down coffee that tastes burnt!!!! This Wendys lacks quality,customer service and overall engagement!! We won’t be returning. I also just realized that sausage biscuits and small seasoned potatoes were supposed to be priced at 2/$3 and as you can see that didn’t happen either!!!!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE EATING AT YOUR RESTAURANT TONITE!! WE WENT THRU YOUR DRIVE THUR, FOR 2 SALADS AND POTATOS. FOOD WAS VERY HOT, FRESH AND DELICIOUS! 5 STARS !!! THANK YOU TO THE GIRL THAT BROUGHT OUR FOOD OUT, SHE REMEMBERED OUR REQUEST FOR SALT, PEPPER, STRAWS, SOUR CREAM, ETC.

I was picking up a DoorDash, which requires time on my part to deliver and cost me dearly when it is not prepared in a timely manner. I sat over 25 minutes parked with no customers coming through and still waited that whole time just for fresh french fries for the customer. My customer was so upset that it took so long that he literally didn’t tip me because he thought his food was ready and the whole time they were just sitting around goofing off they need to tighten up over here. Time is money.Id leave no stars if I could
