I was picking up a DoorDash, which requires time on my part to deliver and cost me dearly when it is not prepared in a timely manner. I sat over 25 minutes parked with no customers coming through and still waited that whole time just for fresh french fries for the customer. My customer was so upset that it took so long that he literally didn’t tip me because he thought his food was ready and the whole time they were just sitting around goofing off they need to tighten up over here. Time is money.Id leave no stars if I could

I got a junior bacon meal and there isn't even any lettuce on my burger even though I wanted it. The people working look high as hell and have airpods in their ears. Long line of people waiting while only one person is taking their order inside. The ceiling was dripping water and even broken. Nothing to prevent slipping or even hold the water. Also may I mention they have no interaction with customers not even hi when we walked up there. Workers are on their phones as well. This place is pure pathetic.

We went through the drive through and ordered. We got the number 7 and a biggie bag with jr BACON cheeseburger. They gave us our food and i didn’t think to check it, my boyfriend got the Number 7 with chili cheese fries, it was completely wrong. They have him his sandwich with no bacon which comes on the sandwich and they gave us cheese fries. My biggie bag was completely wrong as well, i got the bacon cheese burger, with only bacon and cheese, once again NO BACON on the sandwich. They also put everything on the sandwich, didn’t give me a receipt either. No where did they have posted that they was out of bacon so my guess is they was to lazy to put it on there. I don’t complain but this felt needed.

We ordered 3 meals and 3 frosty got to the window they only gave us two sandwiches with half filled box of fries and only 2 frosty. We asked for the rest of our order. We couldn’t eat the burgers they were cold buns were dry and hard meat was dry. The frosty were hollow in the middle and watery. We spent $40 and won’t be back there. Wendy’s in other towns were a favorite for us. Very disappointed.

6:30pm Wed, July 9th. Male worker at the drive through window was extremely rude. We said thank you multipe times and were ignored and given a dirty look for no reason
Woman at the cash register doesn’t even greet anyone. We ordered 4 sandwiches only (2 of which were jr hamburgers with ketchup). Staff was messing around in the back, so we waited 20 minutes inside for this to-go order. Checked our sandwiches before we left and 2/4 were wrong. Demanded my money back and told them to not even bother remaking them. Hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve EVER been to… wouldn’t go back if someone paid me to.
