I will never eat at Wendy's in LaFollette ever again..I was asked to pull up in drive Thur sit there over 20min 3 trucks behind me got there food before me..then when I get home to eat didn't get my 2 chicken nuggets or burger..the fries, 3 other burgers, and chicken sandwiches was ice cold and hard..so we called and asked for a manager the girl said she was the shift manager(Ashley).She thought it was funny refused to refund our money with even having all the food...and wouldn't remake our order either..refused to give use a number to main office said they didn't have 1 all they had was a store manager...Wendy's if this girl really is a shift manager you all need to check into this girl..she don't even need to b working in fast food let on b a shift manager..
Worst!! Waited 29 minutes (my first mistake) for 3 over-microwaved, burnt hamburger, 2 of the smallest, coldest baked potatoes and spent 50 bucks for food we couldn't eat. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It used to be a great fast food place. Not anymore.

I have went though Wendy's drive thru twice this week. Both times I ordered and paid for a double krabby patty meal for my son. Both times I was only given a single. Do better Wendy's.

The time at the drive thru is RIDICULOUS
Went inside for an interview scheduled by them. Employee washed his hands as long as he could and looked like a zombie while wearing drug rugs. Asked me what I wanted in the most monotone not caring way possible. Told him I had an interview scheduled in 5 minutes. Was told to take a seat and a manager would be out shortly. 30 minutes later not once was I contacted or dealt with even though business was dead for 15 minutes. Seems like this place is unprofessional all around. When I eat here at night all the employees are normally seen vaping outside the exit door. Not a good look, glad I didn’t get interviewed in the long run

We ordered dine in but decided to leave. We ordered a single with cheese a panko fish and two small fries. The fries and the single were fine but the panko fish looked like it was cooked then cooked again until it was black. I tried eating it but, I like my charcoal in the grill and not on the bread.

Stopped by the drive thru after a 6 hour drive the fries tasted stale the burgers were tiny and tasted like they were sitting for a bit. Too tired to go back.
