The person who took my order was very rude when my card didn't work. Afterwards he proceeded to talk about me out loud to his coworker who wasn't any better. I'd fire them both but then again, that's why it's the only byb left in the Memphis area.... Very poor management.

This place is filthy. Water dripping all around. Walls nasty from water damage. Flies invading your meal. Lastly, food taste like microwave food. No taste but high price tag.

I like the burgers but every time I ask for extra pickles they give me the same 3 or 4 pickles they always put on the burger. And I have to hear about it from my wife when I get home. Also, I’m not sure what was going on with the sweet tea today, but it tasted like a mixture of tea and soda.

I bought 5 peach cobblers when I got home I opened them and all were burnt. I had ByB on high standards. It was really sad to recieve cobbler like that.

I went through the drive through at this BackYard Burger location. Got a double plain even though I ordered a number 1 combo. I had ordered another classic burger plain / meat and cheese only for my passenger also. There were flies in the cheese on both of our burgers. So gross. We threw them out and I almost puked as I was already eating when my cousin showed me the flies on his burger melted into the cheese when he went to put ketchup on his burger. I checked mine and of course there was a big fly stuck to the cheese. EWW!!! I ate here once a week when getting my car washed - never again. This backyard burger location is disgusting. What a horrible, traumatic and nasty experience. Flies go on dog poop..trash..and into your burger?Ew!

Babysat food tastes the best - even when being in the backyard, because when it is done - it is ?? brought out for eating to begin. The cook(s) just need Follow instructions, as trained to do.
Got the Hawaiian chicken. With the teriyaki man that's the best sandwhich. Was so hungry forgot to grab a pic. Better yet go get one an you'll see it. Lol. Clean facility. Love coming here for lunch. Changes up the variety. 0 complaints.
Inside was locked so we had to sit in a long drive through. Then after being in line for 25 minutes we're told that they are out of wheat bread. Keep in mind this is 3 years after covid so this should not be happening regarding the wait time or the bread.

I ordered my husband and I some food. Once we got home and ate it my husband found a piece of paper in his sandwich!!! I don’t know if it’s from the meat or cheese but it SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON HIS SANDWICH!
