Amazing staff, clean restroom, gives advice for food, nice decorations. (highly recommend coconut pineapple slush w/ strawberry compote)

Worst Match milk tea I ever had.

I ordered regular brown sugar boba, they gave Crystal boba. They dumped the same drink into different cup without removing crystal boba and gave it to me again.

Matcha was not good. Taste bland and like water.
Will not visit again.

Check the color of Matcha once! Cheap matcha tastes like water. Paid $7.40 to drink water

My family and I love this place. The boba drinks are very good. The popcorn chicken and garlic noodles are always a hit too.

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this at this business. We visited this establishment last weekend. After ordering the half and half Korean corndog we QUICKLY.....noticed that the hot dog has been cut over half of the hot dog, making it more like a pig in the blanket type of deal as far as the smallness in size. Honestly, why would anyone put something like that in there 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♂️? It's a waste of time. Totally ABSURD...and an insult to the Korean corndog!!!! Please fix this ASAP and leave well enough alone. More importantly, stop cutting corners.

This is one spot in Memphis that is always on point. The food is outstanding, along with the wide variety of drinks. And lastly their customer service is outstanding!

We first found out about Boba Society about two years ago and they were awesome. We since moved away but when we come back in town. It is always on your stopping places. This last time we told our family members about it and we order like $200 worth of food. It was bad, not like it used to be. We order the Taiwanese popcorn chicken which was soggy it looked like they pulled it early, fries which got cold due to the constantly error in the ordering the cashier kept misunderstanding my order, when they finally got the order right the other food was cold, we also ordered garlic noddles which was cold and dry. We won’t go back now.. they just went down in our eyes. The staff also was on their phones like they don’t want to be bother.

Best boba tea shop in the greater Memphis area! I had the roasted brown tiger sugar coffee with coffee jelly. For food we had the Parmesan garlic noodles and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. My husband had a mango heaven slush with raspberry boba - he loved this! Definitely recommend coming here for some tasty food and drinks.

Big thanks to the lovely cashier and to the blonde beauty that made my drink. Delicious? Absolutely. & what really stood out to me was when she took the time to have me try a little sample of my drink before she finished it just to make sure it was to my liking. A small gesture to most, but for me that was the first time I felt like someone in her position actually gave a damn about their job and about their customers, exceeding my expectations by far. You go girl.

I placed an online order that was ready when I arrived. Staff greeted us upon entry. The cajun fries were delicious; I got extra seasoning and garlic aoli on the side. We got a half and half corndog and an all beef, no sugar, both crispy and warm with a juicy dog. The mustard and ketchup in the containers (not the packets on the counter) were really flavorful. The raspberry fruit tea was good but the tiger milk tea I got was too heavy on the milk by sight and taste. I will definitely be back to try more items though.
