Ordered a classic milk tea and Korean corndog. The drink was bland and watery because 75% the cup was fill with ice. Corn dog tasted like it was left over from yesterday, so disappointed.

My experience was great! The employees were nice, the noodles were a little too garlicky and salty for me but my son loved his chicken and fries and the atmosphere was chill.Kid-friendliness: It’s appropriate for all ages

I really like this place. The milk tea is one of the best I’ve had in the greater Memphis area. The Korean hot dogs were just delightful. The menu is pretty extensive. Overall, I plan on going back regularly.

Having a pleasant mild temperature day in Memphis and stopped by Boba Society in Lakeland. Got Thai milk tea with dragon fruit (it’s the year of the dragon) popping boba and green apple jelly. The reddish drink is a strawberry boba drink. Boxes have Taiwanese mild popcorn chicken with dipping sauce and garlic noodles. Not our first time there. Food and drinks are all very good.Wheelchair accessibility: Send ADA compliant

Nice flavors & good tea, but staff was grumpy and pretty rude. They acted like they didn't want to be there. We didn't like one of the drinks and asked them to remake it, which they acted super weirdly about. Manager was very nice and fixed it though- but the front line workers need to fix their grumpy attitudes. They also put a service charge on the reseat without notifying us, and when I asked what it was for they couldn't tell me. Definitely won't go back because their customer service is bad overall.Kid-friendliness: Staff is rude to kids

We were visiting from Orange County, California, where good boba stores are plentiful. So we were in search of a decent boba place here, and my boys were thrilled to find this place. They even begged to come back a second time! They loved the drinks and the food. My only suggestion for improvement is to make the garlic noodles less salty, and the noodles would taste better if a bit more al dente. The service was friendly. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The restrooms were nice and clean, too.

I had the Taro smoothie with lychee jelly and it was very flavorful. Their menu was extensive and all the drinks we ordered were delicious. The brown sugar was a hit with my husband and kids. They absolutely loved how this had honey boba in it. The strawberry smoothie was also something they enjoyed. The cafe is in a nice location, it looks pretty new. The cafe was clean and the staff were all really nice. They were very good with answering any questions we may have had with any of the drinks. We will definitely be coming back when we are in town.

Finally made it out to Boba Society! It’s a really cute place in a stylish shopping center. You could make an afternoon of it. Get your nails done at Gloss, go to Boba Society for bubble tea and a casual lunch then dessert at Frost bakery! Plus it seems like this shopping center will get a whole lot more stuff.Boba Society is very cute on the inside. Big enough to hang out in but not too big. People were coming in and out steadily on a Sunday afternoon. The menu is huge! You could spend 20 minutes reading through all the variations. I suggest studying it online. I’m sure you can also ask the staff for their recommendations! I chose strawberry mango fruit tea with mango jelly because that’s a usual for me.The tea was sweet but not overly sweet. The mango jelly was really tasty. I also order a half cheese, half meat Korean hot dog. I’ve had Korean hotdogs in California. It wasn’t as good as the ones I’ve had there. But for our local option, I would get it again if I had a craving. The hot dog portion was really good! It was the coating that I just found okay.I have to say the place felt pretty dirty inside when I was there. Almost all the tables were messy and the trash was full to the brim. I guess I just missed the busy hangout time. However, as I was waiting someone hurried in and started cleaning up, thankfully. All in all, a good experience and definitely worth a trip for all the bubble tea lovers in the Memphis area! I would like to try the fries and get a milk tea next time!

I came and purchased some food on 10/10/2023 and had it to go. It was my first experience there after being recommended this place. I enjoyed the food and drinks that I had. Cynthia was at the register and she took my order. After reviewing my account I realized that they left an unauthorized $8.00 tip on my card. I wouldn’t have realized it if I hadn’t checked my account. This is highly unprofessional and illegal and I will not be returning. I don’t know if she is doing this herself or if all are working together and charging people’s cards for unauthorized tips. Keep your receipts and check your bank statements after visiting here.Update:Shop was contacted on 10/13/2023. They said that they would pull the receipt and took down my information. They said they would call back within a couple days but never reached back out. There was no confusion on what was written on receipt. It was clear what I wrote and I wrote out the total so there was no way to confuse it. If the receipt was going to be pulled you all would have done it by now.
