Definitely a favorite of mine. I enjoyed the food and to be able to do some good Christmas shopping!!
When I got there a couple came in after me and was waited on first. I had to ask where my server was before someone came to my table.

There were 9 of us and when the food was brought out only 5 got their food, the other 3 had to wait another 10 minutes. My food was one of the first but it took so long to just get ketchup that it was cold by the time I could eat it. We asked for napkins several times but they weren't brought out until almost the end of the meal after the 5th time asking. Really disappointing

Waited over an hour for food but that’s not even what bothered us. My husband’s ham smelled like wet dog, and his feet sat in the previous table’s spilled drink the whole time we were there. Nobody ever came to mop up the drink under our table. Food crumbs also sat in the chair next to me. I shouldn’t have to clean up the table myself to feel comfortable.

The perfect Cracker Barrel experience. Call head worked great. Clean with great shopping items to scan. Staff very friendly and service was great! Food was good as always and I like the new expanded meals - especially the bowls!

Had many issues with this place over the years but this was the last straw. I did an order online that was supposed to be ready at 1:15pm. I walk it at 1:14 pm. They call for my order. After checking with an assoicate multiple times there was no update. At 1:45pm I had had enough of a wait. I asked the associate to refund my money. He had to get a manager. The manager shows up 11 minutes later and cancels the order. No apology. No empathy....sympathy. No explanation. Nothing. This is unacceptable but not surprising. The order was $68 but they won't get another dime from me. Waiting almost an hour for an order that never comes is a crime.
We were there last night for dinner. We ordered an appetizer. They were out of it. We chose another one. They were out of it. So skipping appetizers, my husband ordered his dinner. Guess what? They were out of it. He chose a second entree, they had it, but in a different form than he wanted...fried, not baked. I ordered my eggs over easy, they were overcooked. These were not wild requests, they were the things we love to come to Cracker Barrel for, and to have them be out of everything we usually get and to mess up an easy egg order, was not great. This location is our favorite and they are usually on the ball. I'm assuming the holidays cleared them out? It was just disappointing all around. Our waitress was fabulous and so apologetic for the inconvenience. The staff is always so friendly and kind. The store smelled terribly of sewage. We couldn't even linger afterwards to shop. Hoping they can get caught up and back to the normal.

Visiting Memphis from Houston, my family of five dined at Cracker Barrel. We were seated at a table for four with an extra chair in the walkway, which quickly became uncomfortable once our food arrived. Thankfully, our server Terra noticed the issue right away and moved us to a larger table.
From that moment on, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Terra was attentive, kind, and truly made the difference. Excellent service like hers is what turns a rough start into a great meal.

This place is horrible. I made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1:15. Waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Asked for my order to be refunded and canceled. It took another 11 minutes for a manger to show up. No apologies or addressing the issue. I've had issues with this place but this was the last straw. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs.
We’ve been to a lot of Cracker Barrel’s all over the country. Sometimes you get good service and/or food and sometimes you don’t. This store in Lakeland, TN is the absolute worst we have ever visited. Heard people complaining around us and should have left then, but the waitress assured us the food would come out in a timely manner. Later she was telling us the kitchen was swamped and that’s why it took over an hour to get food. When some items were wrong we got a shoulder shrug. Everything was cold. We saw multiple people walk out and heard people cursing around us about the food they received. This surely couldn’t all be blamed on the waitress. I would think there must be a failure from management down in this store. We contacted customer service through their website and were offered a gift card, so thankfully they are trying to keep customers. We will continue to try other Cracker Barrel locations, but Lakeland, TN will be a mistake we will never make again.
Great visit! Clean, friendly, quick, and delicious.

We had a delightful lunch with Demetra as our server. Great recommendation of putting chowchow on turnip greens 👏 All the food was classic Cracker Barrel that feeds our bodies as well as our souls as we travel and visit friends and family. This location has a great, cohesive team. We’ll be back!
