Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Everything was great! I had the Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast platter and my wife had the Strawberry Cheesecake pancakes. Service was fast, food was great and atmosphere was nice. Will definitely come back.

We ordered online at noon for a pick up at 4:30. My husband waited 20 minutes and they didn’t not give us biscuits or the right beverage we ordered .

I had a delivery on 4/3/2025! The items appeared to be two or three days old. Ordered more than $25.00.

It's been a while since I have passed by a Cracker Barrel. I was actually taking advantage of their RV friendly overnight policy - THANKS Cracker Barrel. Your facilities are great. I had dinner while there, and the staff was super friendly are really attentive. The food was really good... lots of it, and tasty.

First, I had a new server. I am always very patient and polite with people who are learning. With the exception of forgetting a few things such as the biscuits, nothing was his fault. I ordered the New York strip and fried shrimp combination with mashed potatoes and dumplings. The steak was so tough. It made me gag. Instead of fried shrimp they brought out sautéed shrimp. I called it to the servers attention, and another lady came over obviously some sort of manager as she did not wear an apron. She tried to blame it on the server for putting the order in wrong but he showed her where he entered it correctly. I didn’t like the fact that she was trying to blame it on him. She brought out fried shrimp a little bit later. The mashed potatoes were so dry and thick that I had to ask for the gravy, even though I don’t normally use gravy on my potatoes. This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. I could no longer sit in the restaurant since the food was so bad so I just took everything to go. I threw it all away once I got home.

I love Cracker Barrel. And Demetra was an our waitress, and is precious!

I was reluctant to go back to any Cracker Barrel but my wife talked me into it. The people greeting you are always top notch. The service. Atte tion to the food you are ordering and how long it takes is just not acceptable. I can't blame this Cracker Barrel as the slow service is at everyone I have visited. 4 of us were at the table and they messed at least one thing up in each of our orders. Probably never going to step foot in another one.

Good food fast service friendly staff

Poor waiter was new and trying really hard. Nice young man. Unfortunately the meatloaf wasn’t cooked and cold in the center. Could only eat the edges. The vegetables were barely warm.

We always enjoy stopping at Cracker Barrels. We love their delicious, reasonably priced meals, and also, we enjoy browsing in their store! Always something new & different to see! Most of all, we are very appreciative that Cracker Barrels continue to allow motorhomes & rv's to stay overnight in their parking lot!!

Call in order. It took an hour and 25 minutes to get my food. No one offered a place to set or a drink. All the curb side pickup parking spaces were filled. Just a terrible experience.
