I spent almost 10 dollars on donut holes and they were stale. Not edible at all. The ony reason I would go here is for the coffee. Don't sell old donuts!

The person in the window was nice but my drink was not filled up all the way. You'd think a almost 7$ drink would be filled up but no. Also the hash browns are obviously reheated and soggy, and had barely any cheese on them.

We came to this location at approximately 10:48 am n November 24th. I waited at the register, literally inches away from someone named Kristy. I waited for her as she placed money into an envelope and didn’t even bother to look up at me for the entire time she was at the register. She then looked annoyed to take my order. I would like to add that the rest of the team at this location also appeared completely miserable. One of the most unfriendly Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. Not welcoming and what I can only assume is a miserable manager. We won’t be back.

Stopped by this location because it’s on my way to work. Placed my ordered on the mobile app and this is what I got; a half filled cup with mostly whipped cream. When I realized my cup was half empty, I turned around and went inside. I was met by two rude young girls who could care less that they gave me half a cup of coffee for $6. Then I could hear them laughing and talking about it in the back because I brought the coffee back. Please have better supervision if you’re going to have young irresponsible kids running your business. This is not
the first bad experience I’ve had here, but this will definitely be my LAST time here at this location. It’s definitely gone downhill. I’d rather go to circle k.

I had an incident there on Saturday 11/16. I went to get my money out to pay for my coffee and my key fell off the counter and hit the metal table which wasn't pushed all the way back to the wall. My key fell down inside an uncovered drain. There were a customer he went to his car to come back with an old school wire clothes hanger to assist. Another customer advised me to go to Harbor Freight to purchase a magnetic tool to assist with getting my key out of the drain. He also stated the drains are suppose to be covered. The manager Christie was not concerned about what happened, she didn't try to help. Christie was very nonchalant about the incident. The three youngmen working that day were amazing trying to assist with getting my key out of the drain. I asked that Christie call a plumber she never said anything. Christie left the store without trying to assist or saying anything to me at all about this incident. I left my name and number and ask that Christie give me a call the next day.

11/17- I never heard anything from Christie. I went back to the store today Christie was gone. The employee working called her on the phone for me. Christie made excuses about why she didn't call me in regards to this incident. Christie stated that corporate will not tear up their floor to assist with getting my key out of their uncovered drain. It's not my fault the store has an uncovered drain. Christie and the owner are not decent people with no integrity. They are very unsensitive of their customers needs. They are selfish and very unprofessional. I will get code enforcement involved as well as speaking with an attorney. Beware of manager and the owner of this store.

They don’t carry French cruller donuts.

Coffee tasted burnt and croissant sandwich was dry, falling apart, and sausage tasted awful.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Dunkin' Donuts regarding the $6 meal deal. I ordered a croissant sandwich and simply asked to have the bacon removed, just like I had done a few weeks ago without any issues. However, this time I was refused. The staff insisted they couldn't make any changes to the meal, which felt absurd given my past experience. It’s frustrating that there is no consistency in the service, especially for such a simple request. I expected better from Dunkin', and this experience has definitely made me think twice about returning.

Stopped by this location on my way to work. I expressed my interest in the new SPARKD’ Energy but it wasn’t in the “budget” for today. Hannah, the amazing drive thru lady gifted me a SPARKD’ Energy so I could “try it”. What an amazing human!!! Thank you for being kind. I’ll be stopping here more often.
