I am 8 months pregnant and recently have had cravings for decaf iced coffee. I've been going here for about 2 weeks every morning to get my fix and the staff is so kind. My order is always fresh and ready to go. I will continue to come back, plus their coffee taste much better than their neighbors ;)
Edited to add: I LOVE the customer service and the iced coffee but I went in today and noticed the guy making food had no gloves or hair net on. He was just putting bacon on sandwiches with his bare hands. I won't be eating food from there anymore.

We went through the drive-thru... They were out of, I believe it was, the ham and cheese wrap, which I was bummed about because it was a cheaper option I was trying to get my son as they dont have many good kid options either... So, he had the wake-up wrap instead, which seemed smaller but seemed good enough to hold a little kid over for a little while. We also got 2 of the maple croissan'wiches they seemed a bit lifeless and I dont get the absolutely no sauce thing, I really dont... I used to remember their sandwiches being fuller and full of flavor, not really the case anymore, we couldn't taste any maple either... All we got was food, and were a bit disappointed.

this dunkin is terrible. coffee taste likes sewage water, it’s so dark and not even mixed properly. at least hire people who know how to do their job

I ordered some munchkins that were so dry, barely had any glaze, and was only given nine instead of 10 I also got a coffee Cake muffin and it was also so dry like it was made 3 days ago

This was my first time visiting Dunkin’ Donuts, and I did not like my experience. I explained to the cashier three times that I wanted an oat milk latte, and they still gave me almond milk instead. The donuts I ordered with my coffee weren’t even warm—they gave me cold, stale donuts. If I’m paying for both, I expect my order to be correct and at least fresh. Very disappointing.
