It’s always so good! I’ve done online pick up orders/went in to do a quick stop for cookies or cupcakes and they are always ready fast when I set a pickup day and time 🌸💕🥰 Great cakes, cupcakes, & cookies! When I go in the bakery they are always friendly too. Lately I’ve tried the strawberry cheesecake and it was delicious!

Absolutley delicious. Favorite bakery in the city.
Very pretty treats at Frost and friendly staff. We got chocolate chip cookies ($2 each) and chocolate brownies ($4 each). Both were good but I don't think we'd visit again because of the prices.

Great service and delicious cake! Memphis' best bakery
This was my first time at the Frost location in Lakeland and my second time at Frost ever. I did not have a clue what I wanted and was very indecisive but Crystal was very helpful and gave several suggestions! She was very kind and friendly and eager to help. I will be back very soon :-) I can’t wait to enjoy my sweet treats ?

I had a great experience last weekend with the nice young lady who pulled my selections and checked me out. The oatmeal cream cookie sandwiches were falling apart and SO good, the gooey cookies (while *very* sweet) were indulgent and flavorful, and we were just impressed overall.
The only thing that keeps me from a five is an overall lack of selection if you're not into cupcakes or cake specifically. I expected there to be more pastry varieties or specialty bakes, but what we had was great.

Really nice, clean facility. Their health score was 100! Love the German chocolate cupcakes & my hubby loves the vanilla cupcakes & the cookies. A little pricey but so is everything else these days!

I would like to express how grateful I am to see a local business that takes pride in customer service as well as consistency with their product. My last visit was right before Mother's Day. Our FAVORITE bakery! Frost is our go-to for birthday cakes and spontaneous treats. It’s always clean, friendly, and delicious!! Be sure to try the butter bars, strawberry cake or cupcake, and red velvet! My daughters also love the funfetti items and frosting shots!!

The best place to buy any cupcakes or their behind the counter cold cheesecake. They have frost shots and unique flavors. They also give 20% for teachers and military !! I am neither but but I go for a half dozen of cupcake for 20$ of of a dozen for 39.00. The cupcakes youCan choose are wonderful. Go there now.
A little pricey but the desserts were well worth the price.
