I usually visit the Frost location on Poplar, but I recently stopped by the Lakeland location — and it did not disappoint! The staff were warm and welcoming, the bake shop was spotless, and the cake was absolutely incredible. In my opinion, Frost has the best German chocolate cake in the world. I can never pass by without grabbing a slice!

This place is dangerous. I have to stay away because they're so good. Those large chocolate chip cookies are a classic & the ooey gooey cookies make me want to cry. I love their cookies so bad. I wish I wasn't introduced to them

It’s always so good! I’ve done online pick up orders/went in to do a quick stop for cookies or cupcakes and they are always ready fast when I set a pickup day and time 🌸💕🥰 Great cakes, cupcakes, & cookies! When I go in the bakery they are always friendly too. Lately I’ve tried the strawberry cheesecake and it was delicious!
Chrystal and Tamara were awesome! I had no idea of what I wanted other than a chocolate cake. However they jazzed it up and wrapped it for me! There customer service was excellent!!!

They have ready to pick up baked items. I called them early in the morning, asked if they would hold a chocolate cake with white icing, so I could pick it up after work. Of course, she said. I asked if they could write Happy birthday in purple, yes at no charge, they also added edible glitter. The cake was perfect for my friend's birthday! It was fresh and delicious! (I added a few extras to the cake for her, see pic)

Frost Ownership, please consider making quarterly surprise visits to your bakeries to ensure the quality remains up to your original standards. I met your team at the Memphis Food and Wine Festival a few years ago, and your product and story are fantastic. We use your treats for special moments, but recently at your Lakeland location, I received cupcakes that were not fresh, likely a day or two too old.
While the manager addressed the issue, regular oversight is needed to maintain the quality your customers expect. The cookies and banana nut cupcakes were fresh and delicious, but the chocolate ones were too old. With more bakeries opening in Memphis, staying consistent is essential for long-term success.
Please ensure all items are fresh and can last at least two days after purchase. Thank you, we love your product and want to see you thrive.

Came to buy a banana cake and wanted only half left together...against store policy it must be sliced into 5 pieces,told her to charge me for 5 slices but wouldn't do it must be sliced...place is a joke,this policy makes no sense want waste my time coming back
