Worst KFC ever. The young lady at the window was not present. No thank you have a nice day, no recipe.Half the drinks on the menu was out.Food was trouble. More gravey then mashed potatoes. I have no idea whats going on with this chicken . And the biscuit OMG.This KFC should be closed down today. Or a major makeover. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Haven't been here in a long time and went through on lunch. They didn't have anything ready and said it would be a 5 min wait for a famous bowl. I waited almost 15 mins. Person at window didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all. When I finally got my food it only had 3 nuggets (which is what I waited 15 mins for) and no gravy at all and stale corn. I will not be revisiting this location and remember why I haven't in years. Makes sense on why the parking lot is always empty now. At the window I could see inside a little and it was cluttered and very dirty.

This is absolutely the worst location. I wish the would close already. Tried here once and was told they are only accepting cash after eating at the speaker for 45 minutes. Went a second time and the person working was standing outside away from the building at a car talking. This location and employees all need help. I will be happy to see CLOSED on the door when driving pass.

They have the worst attitudes and customer service. I sat at the drive thru and waited for someone to answer me. When they finally got back to me, I could not understand them telling me that they had no more chicken. I asked her to repeat what she said she rudely says, "We don't have any chicken, I just told you that". Seeing all of the bad reviews on this place, I'm shocked it's still up and running.

Not a good place to eat , very rude manager , she told me she worked for the company 25 years and said she did not know how to do a refund , then after speaking to the district manager she suddenly could do her job but still was very argumentative,

Not to mention the kitchen looked awful for an opening , dirty store in general

came here three times in the past six months. every time i came, there was... apperantly no chicken? like none at all. how does a chicken restaurant have no chicken???

This store is combination of all bad services you can get.
After waiting almost 30-35 minutes for my order, when I took my order home I found out they missed one of my 4 orders and another was completely wrong.
I don’t mind to wait if they’re busy, but they weren’t busy at all!!
Mostly they were in a back and talking to each other and having a fun time, after 30 mins wait a lady from back came in a front ask me “say what you got again”? and it took her like 3 minutes to get it ready!!! And after all she hand me a card for her personal business! So unprofessional.
When I found out the order is wrong I tried to call the store several times but as I was guessing no one answered!!
She & the other 2 people were working last night on Nov.20th they don’t care at all about nothing.
It definitely was my last visit.
