I purchasing a family 10 piece. I checked my order and chicken was hard and old (dried out). They replaced it. When I got home the biscuits were hard as a rock and had to be thrown away, potatoes were worse then instant potatoes. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. They need to close this location. I came ti this location at 9:15 pm and drive thru is is completely turned off lights off. My husband gets down to place the order inside and the employee ran to lock the door. Apparently this store closed 45 minutes early regularly.

This KFC is the worst business in the area by far. It's like walking into a third world country. The people that work there are the most incompetent employees you could ever hire. I know everyone technically needs a job but the service industry is not for them. I almost slipped on the wet tile floor walking in. The place hasn't been remodeled in 20 years. A couple employees just stared at me like I was in the wrong place. Took 5 solid minutes for anyone to take my order with no one else in line. I show the cashier my mobile order and she just hands me the nearest bucket of chicken. Had to ask for all my sides. I overhear them telling the people in the drive thru that it's going to be 30 minutes for chicken. I see that I got the last bucket and it's not what I ordered, but wasn't going to wait so I just took it and left. The chicken itself was pretty good. But everything else made me never want to go back to that location again. Also bring back the potato wedges, your fries are terrible. This location has nothing but bad reviews, how long until it gets completely overhauled like it so desperately needs?

This KFC location always provides fast, friendly service and consistently fresh, tasty meals. The staff is efficient, the dining area is clean, and the orders are correct. A reliable spot for a satisfying meal!
