Went there 30 mins after they open ordered nuggets was told I would have to wait they were frozen. I live five minutes away but have to drive across town to KFC this place needs a overhaul or shut it down and put something useful there

The inside of this restaurant is disgusting. I will not return to this location after seeing how nasty it is on the inside. Also, this is the second time I have been to this location and the wait time was ridiculous. The first time I used the drive thru and waited more than 20 min. This time I used the app. The app showed that my food was ready, but when I went inside to get the food, I had to wait another 10 min for them to prepare it.

Went to this location at 30 mins prior to closing. Drive thru speaker was broken, so I pulled to the window. Young lady was inside cleaning up so after 3 mins, I blew the horn to get her attention. She turned around and clearly had an attitude. She came to the window and told me that she was closed. I said "oh ok, then" and left.

Actually this KFC, is better than the one On Germantown parkway,most KFC, has gotten pretty bad, as well as Popeyes which chicken is getting bad in this area, hopefully this one will try to avoid being like the other chicken chains in this

The workers are the most inept, lazy, and incompetent group of individuals I have EVER had the displeasure of experiencing. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru—I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt because maybe they were busy—I finally said something to the intercom and the woman answers rudely, constantly put in our order wrong and I corrected her three times over the intercom and AGAIN at the window.They made us pull around to the side to wait another 15 min (for two sandwiches and two fries) and served the next four cars. Workers kept going in and out of the bathrooms, then going out to their cars with their own order to eat, playing on their phones at the counter and getting other people’s orders wrong from the looks of the customer at the counter bringing his food back.Finally came out with our food, didn’t bring any sauces that I double checked and asked for at the window. Opened the food up for a peek to see if it was right and I couldn’t tell if the sandwiches were classic as I had ordered, and stupidly, trusted that they were right, only to go home and discover they were DROWNED in hot sauce on a wet, soggy, greasy bun and completely inedible. Complete waste of money and time.
