This location has to be the worst one in the entire chain. It’s so bad I don’t think it’s worth a whole star. My last visit took 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru, and they messed up my order! I’ve given them a number of chances, but they’ve failed consistently. I’m done with Krystal and that saddens me.

U would think by it being in such a nice area the service and attitudes would match the environment Mann please this location is the worst of the worst.They move so slow rather they have a line or not either way you’re gonna wait for your food and u better pray it’s what u ordered cuz it’s probley not smh.Nasty attitudes,wrong yet lukewarm food and slow service nahh id rather eat a blue jean skirt from Shein before coming bk again

The woman's restroom was filthy it smelled like cigarettes and looked like the sink had cigarette ashes in the sink. An employee used the restroom before I did so someone who worked there was aware of the restroom condition. The toilet looked like it had not been clean. The woman at the counter who waited on us was not very nice she acted like we were bothering her. She was wearing a winter coat and it looked like it had pet hair all over it.

I haven't had Krystal's in years. When passing through the area, I decided to stop and grab a bite. The service was slow, someone puked all over the toilet, the floor was greasy and slippery, and the food was awful.

I just bought my last meal at Krystals ever. I went by the location on Highway 64 at 5:30 PM, not a single person in the drive up line. The burgers I got were so cold that the cheese didn’t melt at all and fell right off the burgers. There are way better places to spend my money!

customer service at the window was rude. She told me to hold on while she finished laughing with other co worker. Then said I can’t hear what you are saying pull up. Gave me the wrong order and then got offended when I gave it back. Did not get any napkins or receipt. Will not go back

This location should be closed permanently. The staffing is always inadequate, the drive-thru speaker is never in working order, and the food is always subpar. I have never once visited this location and had a good experience. Please properly train, staff, and update the place. If not close permanently.

Stopped by at 11:07 pm and was told they were closed at 11:30, but online hours show midnight. Super frustrating to drive over and find mixed info. Please update hours or honor what’s posted
I was very disappointed in this take out. We ordered 10 cheeseburgers and waited patiently. Only to get a sack of COLD BURGERS!!!!!!! As we pulled away my daughter handed me the sack and it felt like it just came from the refrigerator!!! Very disappointed. I tried to call them and got another number only to be told by a recording, “to leave a massage and someone would get back to me in 7 to 10 days. “ NOPE !

I had to go 2 different crystal s to get a 24 pack and when I did get my food it was greasy and my buns were soggy bwet from the grees
