It was nice to be around a Krystal's, it's been years. The only issue I had was we had a bigger order so the food had to be cooked so you would think the food would be hot but not the case. The buns were cold. I know it was closer to closing time but that shouldn't matter. After getting the food to the motel that was only like 2 blocks away we just put them in the microwave to heat them up. They were pretty good after they were warmed up.

Weeding Day
Everything was burnt food smelt like old oil and grease. Spent $31 for burnt and hard food and no one was available for a refund

Got here at 9:43pm on a Wednesday Jan 22, 2024! And went to the drive thru (sign said speaker is messed up pull up to window)! Did that and no one came to the window. I saw said one sitting inside and the lobby doors are locked! Find better workers!

The service is great but every time I eat here I bite on a bone that's been grounded up in the patties. We is they're getting scrap meat patties with the bones and all in the patty. I recommend the wings not the krystals

The guy that took my order and served me on 1/16 at 9:30pm single-handedly renewed my faith in Krystals. I stopped eating Krystals years ago bc they were never good but this guy made the best fries and Krystal burgers I've ever had. I can only hope his employer sees this review.

The employees were not friendly at all and the food wasn't even edible.. Oh and without making this a long review.. The 1st 2 items we tried to order from the menu we were told "we don't have that".. Then told "we only taking cash"..
Ordered 4 chiks. Only received 3. First one was still frozen in the middle. Second was cold in the middle but not frozen. Third was slightly warmer but still cold.

I went through the drive-thru and was asked to wait. Then no one ever took my order. So I drove off and gave my money to a restaurant that wanted it.
