I have been to this Lakeland location several times and it was either closed or opened later than 9 o’clock. They have repeatedly run out of breakfast items. Staff is unfriendly and don’t seem to be concerned about customer needs. I have also filled out the online form several times and have not received a response. This has been going on for at least two years . I like your food,, but I am not wasting my money or time with people who are unprofessional, especially at the corporate level. I think that it is ridiculous that in two years time, no one has responded to me.

Arrived at noon for lunch as we had not eaten at Krystals in years, now i remember why. We placed our order and wanted tea to drink only to be told they did not have any as the machine was broke. We received our order and asked for ketchup to be told they don't have any. How can you be out of what must be the most popular condiment in the country in the restaurant business.The floor had trash along with a dead insect and had that greasy sticky feel normally accomplished when people keep mopping the floor with dirty water. Another been there done that experience i won't do again.
