Two separate occasions I have gotten cold sides from them. About a month ago it was the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes when I got home from a 4-minute drive they were pretty cold. And today when I got home the mac and cheese was around 90°. At 50° away from the minimum safe holding temperature of a 140°. Not to mention they did not give me my boba tea for today.

I tried to call and send an email so I didn't have to leave a review like this.

So, they didn't answer the phone. And no email available.

The chicken was amazing and the price was reasonable for the food me and my partner got. I have been going there for fried chicken every chance I get. Very clean environment and Costumer service was nice.

I'm a bit of a fried chicken junkie and I think Kukuruku's fried chicken is the best I've ever had. Definitely would come back everyday I want fried chicken if it wasn't 3 hours away.

I order from here quite often, their chicken and sides are always hot, fresh and great tasting. I decided to order the peach cobbler cup as well with my meal, and this is what I received. I was extremely disappointed because no one who works there would eat anything looking like this so, why would they send it to a customer. It was so hard and burned, that it was not even close to being edible. It cost me $8.00 for this tiny cup and tiny ice cream that I could not even eat.
