Ridiculous experience. I’ve been sitting here since 7. It’s now 10 minutes after and they haven’t turned on the speakers to allow people to place orders. I’m headed to work and 6 months pregnant. Workers keep walking around casually and about 6-7 cars are sitting here waiting. If the website says it opens at 7, then I think it’s logical for people to assume that’s the time the place opens. Do better.

How can you mess up a food order after repeating it 3 times.Someone does not care about customer service.
I ordered a mini heath sonic blast add in Reeses with two other milkshakes. They brought me the heath sonic blast with no Reeses add in. Inform the employee she said “I will add in the Reese’s”. Waited 15 mins for them to bring me back the exact same blast that was melted at this point. Asked for a refund. Worst experience ever at sonic.

When I want a hot dog I go here. On this day, this was the worst hot dog I've ever had. Whatever you've changed, it isn't working. Garbage cans needed to be emptied as well.
