Everything now at Sonic besides the milkshakes tastes like death. I don't know what they're doing, and they quit Butterfinger. If you eat a smashburger and you can finish it, you're the problem. I never comment poorly on anywhere but this place is awful unless it's ice cream. Everyone knows

It states that on Tuesday and Thursday until 12/23/25 that cheeseburgers are buy one get one free. However I was told when I ordered Thursday night that it has to be done on the app. The message that was sent to my phone does say that it’s only on the app Thursday. Sonic needs to honor the text they send out

Kids chicken tender meal is always overcooked and hard
Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!! It took them 35 minutes to make my order of two cups of ice and a corn dog. The carhop got so angry that I asked for my receipt and to speak to a manager that she threw my order on the floor of my car and today me to eat it. The managers are absolutely ignorant on all levels. I definitely called corporate.

Horrible customer service today. THEIR delivery truck was blocking the parking lot so after ordered I turned around. Trifling employee refused to deliver to my truck for safety. The safety issue was that I would have to turn around and exit from the entrance because of their delivery truck. NEVER again

Ridiculous experience. I’ve been sitting here since 7. It’s now 10 minutes after and they haven’t turned on the speakers to allow people to place orders. I’m headed to work and 6 months pregnant. Workers keep walking around casually and about 6-7 cars are sitting here waiting. If the website says it opens at 7, then I think it’s logical for people to assume that’s the time the place opens. Do better.
