Took my family of 7 to Sonic after church today. Ordered 7 of their ice creams and waited. After a long wait, we finally got our order and no receipt. All the ice cream was melted and when we complained, we get the old do you have a receipt question as well as would you like us to remake your order. We were not happy to say the least and were not going to wait again. We did not receive our money back nor did we get replacements, instead we get the manager coming up to us with a supposed refund receipt as we are leaving that wasn't even our order. Clearly there is a issue here. We want be back to this location in the future. All over a $22 order!

Today I experienced a rather odd situation.I ordered a Medium Orange Juice NO ICE. I was told that they could not serve my Orange Juice without ICE. I then ordered LITE ICE instead. It was still not added on the receipt, so I am unsure if it was done or not.I didn’t realize that I was being unethical by ordering my beverage without ICE, and I was unaware of a NO (NO ICE) policy. -8:25 AMBelow is my receipt:

HORRIBLE the food was cold and burntThe Fritos wraps were the smallest I’ve seen at ANY SONIC ever and were 1.49 each but worth 50c if that !The waitress was RUDE despite having a tip added. This was before I even noticed the food was all trash too by the way. I spent 50 dollars for literal garbage.Their phone is shut off so no point in calling about the horrible food and service. It goes straight to a message that says “I’m sorry but the mailbox is full” and then it hangs up on you.This sonic should be closed.

TERRIBLE!!! Me & my boyfriend thought to swing by for old times sake on his break today to grab some ice cream; we get there & their menu isn't updated so we had to ask for certain things & wait for confirmation. After which it took 15 mins during a dead period to make the two blasts just to have my boyfriend find a hair in the bottom of his! No one will answer the phone at the store , just disgusting all around

This has to be the most inefficient and slowest Sonic around! Waiting over 20 minutes for 1 drink order placed in the app is ridiculous!! And sadly this isn't a once time occurrence but even after giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying again, same horribly slow service! Arlington & Appling is where we will take our business from now on.
Normally they have good service but how could this possibly be a chilly cheese coney?!!

Unfortunately, my experience with the burger was quite disappointing. The patty was overcooked and dry, lacking the juiciness one expects. The toppings seemed uninspired and failed to elevate the overall taste. The bun, too, was stale and detracted from the overall texture. Service was slow, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. For the price, I expected a much better dining experience. Sadly, I won't be returning.

Didn't get to try the food because the attendant thought it was a good idea to spray the front of every ones car with aluminum acid, ya know to disinfect the earth on which this restaurant sits, and to ward off evil paint and customers ?

In the morning the service is real good but after three in the afternoon they always getting things wrong the food most of the time is cold and taste old. They always in the afternoon got them young boys outside and sometimes there is young girls out there. Playing loud music and making there car make loud noises. And giving them free food and drinks I know it's free because they said it was. So in the afternoon I would not recommend no one to go to the Sonic and cutting the 99 cent drinks in the morning is not good.

Been coming here for 8 years and the food has stayed the same quality and I’m glad! We love their supersonic breakfast burritos with tots and orange juice!!
