This location is usually busy. But when I see that there's no line, I'll go and get my caramel macchiato! Staff is friendly and service is quick. The usually make my coffee just right. But there are some off days.

Despite what some grumpy people who don't know how to hold a to-go coffee cup may say, this is one of the better Starbucks! The baristas are quite friendly and helpful. If you spill your drink because you can't hold a cup the right way, and they give you another one to replace it, the least you can do is NOT try to make a fuss. GOLLY! I'm sure both the store and district manager (who were both summoned by the husband of the woman who can't pick up her drink properly - or talk to someone on her own, apparently!) will understand that the rest of us in here appreciate what the workers were doing to clean up LADY'S mess and still provide prompt, reliable service to the remaining people in line.

I was on my way to a funeral, but stopped to grab a bite before I headed there. These people are absolutely RUDE. No manners. I walked inside (a black woman), and no one said “Hi.” I wait at the counter for 3 minutes. No one acknowledges me, even though the manager looked me straight in the eye. Then 2 white men enter and the manager greets them. Wow. Really? I walk away and of course, still no greeting. Wow.

Coffee is not that great. Find a local coffee shop. They're usually better. Starbucks is overpriced and just okay.

I always have a good experience here. It's so calm and quiet. The ambiance is perfect everything weather type. Service is great and has never failed me even with all the revolving employees. Freaking love it.

I never typically come to this location. However, they screwed up my beverage then proceeds to tell me it was made correctly. If i ask for no foam, just remove it. Instead of telling me there is none, when there's plenty. I'm big on customer service and today this location failed me.

Great service which included replacing a colder Starbucks coffee that we had purchased previously at another location! Great team atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Thanks to the team!

My lattes are always great, however, they always forget the sweet cream I pay to have added to my oatmeal. Whether I order online or go through the line. Also, they don’t replace bakery items that they are out of when you order delivery. It’s very inconsiderate to spend $30 on breakfast just to have a note arrive with your coffee saying they were out of the item you chose. It makes the whole process of ordering delivery less convenient when I still have to stop working to drive somewhere else to get breakfast. Love the way the drinks are made, but they need to pay more attention to what is being requested with hot breakfast items and drop something in the delivery bag if they are out of what was originally ordered.

They always get my drink right when I order online. I just wish they would update their app menu so I’m not ordering something that they are out of.
