Must have been the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks (Saturday May 31 2025) All of the women working here hated their job, lol. They were all miserable, unfriendly, not a smile on their faces. I ordered to go and left as soon as I could, haha, I felt bad for even ordering anything.

After waiting at the speaker (screen was off as well) for 10 minutes and repeatedly calling out for someone to see if the speaker was working I pulled forward and waited in line for another 5 minutes until I got to the window. After trying to hand me someone elses order I asked Marie if the speaker was broken. She seemed real frustrated with me and told me to pull back around to order and said someone was “at the speaker now”. I decided to leave - this wasn’t even a busy part of the day (10am on a Tuesday). Unacceptable

Our air conditioner hit their fake limit bar. We told them. They took a picture of our license plate and said we can go.
THEN THEY CALLED THE COPS. said we were hit and run. While we were parked across the street. We are traveling but now have to come back here for a court date. Because we stopped.

This is a great location. We were driving through the area and stopped to get some caffeine and yummy pastry. The gal that helped us was very helpful, friendly, and personable . Quick service with a great attitude.
