So ordered the new spicy nacho steak sub! It looked like I was served dog meat or ground beef not anything at all like the picture of actual steak! Missing green pepper, missing the ghost pepper bread! Basically dog meat cheese and like 6 precisely placed jalepenos when more or extra were selected! Won’t return to this cheap subway again! Go to any other location but this one.

Best Subway I've been to. Good people working there.
Food had been out awhile. Lettuce brown tomatoes falling apart. Bread was tough. Flies landing on food. Cucumbers brown they trapped a fly in my sandwich had to show them before they believed it. Gone to Lenny's or Firehouse and I use to pick up there twice a week ?

Excellent Customer Service. Brooklynn made my sandwich with love at 300 am in the morning. The smile never left her face. She is a valuable employee. She should be a trainer for Subways. This is how it's supposed to be done.
Guy insisted bologna was all three meats in the cold cut combo.

Wanted to give this spot 2022 review this location has really upped it in terms of quality I guess the Owner cleaned house and replaced the staff of ladies that was there early last year don't get me wrong they were really nice but the new staff is much faster and keeps everything clean and organized and everything seems much fresher has been my go to subway spot in the Lakeland area for a while definitely prefer this one over the ones on stage and the one by the sprouts farmers market
I only wish they weren't so deserted all the time
