And I was fortunate to have eaten at most of the local restaurants (fastfood and sit-down).But now when I visit, there's only one place I want to go, and it's Mango Thai.The workers always provide great service, and I have never been disappointed with the food.I personally love their fruit smoothies (mango peach is my go-to), and their bourbon chicken is delicious.This place is fast, affordable, and tasty. “People of Memphis you need to eat here!! Driving through town and we’re lucky enough to find this authentic Thai restaurant. The food is fantastic. We had the grilled steak/shrimp Papaya salad and the Ginger salmon. Both dishes were delicious with generous portions and a beautiful presentation. The cook and waitress are very friendly and gave us excellent service. Highly recommend.“

“tried mulan for the first time thru doordash after seeing all the great reviews and they did NOT disappoint the oreo milk tea is 10/10 and so is their strawberry smoothie w/ cream.. both fresh & delicious. i should’ve ordered a large but i wanted to play it safe in case i didn’t like it lol. highly recommend to anyone wanting amazing milk tea “

“I loved the food!!! This was my first time at this restaurant. It is located in an older strip mall so it would be easy to pass by. I came with a friend who had lived in Thailand and said this was the most authentic Thai/ Vietnamese food she has found in the area. I had a mild curry and Thai tea, both were Delicious! They were fairly busy for a week night so others already knew about the food. The food came pretty quickly also. Inside the restaurant is very plain. Our waiter had his cell phone in hand the entire time and seemed almost rude or indifferent. I would likely come again but would hope the server was different.“

We ordered two dishes: Hunan bandit duck, and beef brisket with tofu!!

We hope the restaurant can offer the Hunan bandit pork liver 土匪猪肝 in the future! I saw the Hunan bandit chicken and Hunan bandit duck in the menu, while the well-known Hunan bandit pork liver is not included!!

There are two pros in the restaurant: first, rice is included and you can add more if it is not enough! Second, $2 smoothie is offered but it is limited to one serving per table!!

The Hunan bandit duck is not 100% authentic because I did not see the bird eye’s chili and wild chili peppers! But I am satisfied to see that they offer this food due to the small size of the Asian community in Memphis!!

They also have a piano in the restaurant, maybe there are live music shows sometimes ??!!

We ordered two dishes for two people, we almost finished 90% of the Hunan bandit duck, and we took out the remaining dishes with added rice!!

Definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to try some spicy authentic Chinese food, the last three pages show the authentic spicy Chinese food!!

Vegetarian options: There are vegetables part although we did not order that!
