I came to Visit this Villa because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the one in Cordova!! I was not disappointed the food was top notch absolutely amazing ❤️ very nice staff!!
Very glad I stopped in here tonight. I said at the bar and Addie was my server/bartender. She had great recommendations and I loved her energy. I will definitely be coming back to see her. Also, the food was amazing! I was so so happy to find that the lobster was fresh buttery and delicious!

If I didn't know better, I'd swear our dinners were all home cooked.. This restaurant is in a league well above Olive Garden... And I like OG a LOT! BUT... be prepared to pay well above OG prices. But you get what you pay for. In my near 60 years of life, this ties for 1st in CONUS for my favorite Italian restaurant. If you want better, you'll have to go to Italy.Kid-friendliness: I have no idea how kid friendly this place is, but this is NOT the place to bring wild screaming kids or crying babies. Doing so will totally DESTROY the blissful ambiance of this upscale restaurant.
I went on Saturday for dinner with my husband the hosts was rude! She didn’t say the typical “Welcome to….how many for dinner.” Instead she says “What can I do for you” I mean what else would we be doing at a restaurant, but to eat dinner! They were not busy at all, but they made it seem like there was no room to eat. The place was empty! She had to go ask her manager for us to get a table. Complete unorganized and unprofessional. Once we got to our table the gentleman taking care of us was very friendly. When we opened our napkins to get the silverware, it was nasty….dried food on the forks! Disgusting! I will not be returning!

The reviews saying this place was great are LIESSS. the food was so bad. The pizza came out like soup and the eggplant couldn’t even be cut. I cannot even comment on the flavor because there wasn’t any. The marinara sauce gave me dirty dishwater vibes. So upset. This is worse than most Italian fast food restaurants. The waiter was super nice and understanding and totally unsurprised that we didn’t like the food ?
We decided to try for the first time and ordered lasagna and a seafood platter. Lasagna was very dry, seasoned slightly and the seafood platter had no flavor along with dry overcooked shrimp. Atmosphere was "stuffy" with exception of area around the bar, occupied by mostly old "half lit" men gawking at us as we walked in, and young women standing around them searching for who knows what. Very strange experience for us. Maybe we just went on a off night but we won't be back.

Wow my wife and came in tonight. Heard about the place. I had 20oz TBone steak and lobster. I know Italion, spot, right. The server Alaina, highly recommended it. Wife had the baked Ziti Cicelian. It was amazing. The steak was seasoned like non other. Tender, perfect.Atmosphere nice with live music in the next room.Come get it, you will not be sorry!!!!Parking: No issues, big parking lot

I ordered the 16 inch special pizza from villa with meat spaghetti. Someone warned me it wasn't anything special but then a close business rep told me the pizza was fire ? I had to find out for myself. I will say that the pizza wasn't bad but for the price it was definitely sub par. The spaghetti I ordered was supposed to have meat in it but it didn't and it came with soggy disappointing garlic bread. I really feel that for the high price they charge there should be high standards. For that I give a lousy 5/10
