When you ask for no red ranch / Arby's sauce you still get it plus more ! Need people that actually care to do the basics of their job also took 20 mins to cook it after we paid

I came in to get cheese sticks for my little niece, a employee named noah squashed all my cheese sticks with his fingers, my tap to pay declined and he sat in the drive thru window laughing and smirking then gave him my physical card snd it went thru and i paid for my food, i then asked for extra marinara and he told me no and gave me only one, and all this simply because one of my friends got into a fight/interaction with him a few weeks ago, i went in the talked to the manager, she remade my food happily, employee does not have any customer service at all.

Update, gave them another try today, I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, 2 2pc potato cakes, and 2 milkshakes. Was made to pull up and wait on the potato cakes. After waiting, lady who looked to be a manager brought it out, it was short an order of potato cakes. She went back for another order and was in no hurry at all. It's rediculous that a simple order like that can't be done right. And dont come at me as I have worked fast food and I would not have gotten away with this kind of service.
I would rate no stars if this was an option. Went thru drive thru ordered two sandwiches and 2-2 piece potato cakes. The employee was laughing when the asked to take my order so much so that I even commented about it. They left off one of my potato cakes and I didn't notice until I pulled away from the window. Drove around again and they expected me to wait at the end of the line again!!!! I called mgr and all she could do was ask when I placed the order. I told her I had just driven away and back around and she still kept wanting to ask questions. So while the rest of food was getting cold I was supposed to wait at end of line again! I drove off. Won't be back.
