Just got a reuben from there that was cold - actually most all the food aside from my wife's french dip was cold. Horrible. I normally love coming here but this was just awful - I've let my bad visits in the past slide but coming home to grab my meal out of the bag and it's literally - ice cold. Is completely unacceptable. Plus I had to remind the worker to get my wife's drink. It wasn't packed in the drive thru, she wandered off from the window a lot. Took a lot of time for them to even get my food out then proceeds to just hand the bags in one big handful.
This was terrible, nobody go unless the teens/younger adults are working. They completely make these older employees look worthless.

Amazing service and great food. I enjoyed the Buffalo chicken wrap, while my husband had the deep fried turkey gobbler meal! So amazing. Arby's is slept on! Your employee Andy was so kind and made our day with how happy and kind she was! She deserves a raise!!!

Just went there today and got 2 beef n cheedars and a french dip almost 30.00 worth of food. Only to get home and the meat is rotten. So I called and told them they have rotten meat on the sandwiches. The woman then proceeded to say thanks and to let her finish talking. Then hung up. Talk about rudeness. Wasn't even polite when I ordered My food. Definitely won't be back and I'm going to let corporate now. The meat even smells rotten.
