Never go to this Domino’s! If you need to pay in cash They let the guy in front of me pay with cash. When was my term to pay in cash! They said they couldn’t accept $100 even though I just watched them except over $100 in cash so they had more than enough change for it. Now then plus the staff was extremely rude! They were fine with me leaving the pizza there to be thrown away instead of letting me pay cash for it!

No matter how specific you are with your order, these people that work at this place just can't seem to get it. 6 orders in a row over the past few weeks and they STILL cannot understand basic instructions/details. And then do not care if it's a problem. This is the WORST Domino's in Hixson. Go the extra mile or two (ish) down the road to the other Domino's and hope for the best.

Called to order 2 large pizzas. Was left on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up tried again. Immediately placed on hold for another 10 minutes. I can't rate the pizza. He kept me on hold. According to my husband, there was 1 person working. I don't blame him. I blame the owners of this franchise. Shame on you. Will not order from this location again.

Eureka! Thank you Domino's Pizza. Just had your New York crust, I didn't know about it. Well, it was delicious, thin, crisp yet chewy and cooked all the way through. A nice dough flavor😚 Why not five stars, that's perfection, but for a fast food chain, that's the best. Keep up the good work. Oh Furthermore , speedy delivery on a busy Vol vs Georgia T game day.

Order is usually correct (not always) but wait time is often long, app will say ready 13 minutes after order is placed, will arrive 20 minutes later, just to be told its a 20 minute wait and they haven't started cooking the order yet.

I always order the philly cheese steak sandwich, usually they are great. But this time I have burnt cheese and maybe a tablespoon of meat. Mostly burnt cheese. Very displeased with my order. I'll think twice before I order from them again. Besides I don't like their pizza either.

Tried to order a pizza from this one that's only a mile from me they're going to tell me they don't deliver to where I am a store that's 4 mi away it's supposed to be the one that delivers me I call them and they tell me they're not the ones that deliver me it's a store that's only a mile away from me so neither store wanted to do their job or deliver a pizza
