My recent meal was a disappointment. I spent $23 on fries without salt and both burgers had soggy buns with an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the bag was soaked through from the oily food. I unfortunately had to discard my meal. Furthermore, I experienced long wait times despite the restaurant being relatively unbusy.

I was just at this location and it was chaotic. I ordered my order and asked for an apple pie and when I got mu order didn't have it. I got out to get one and they tell me they were out. Why wasn't I told this. I waited for a refund and they ignored me. I left. Will return in the morning for my refund. Fire the manager. Never ever going there and will pass it to my friends not to visit this location. You suck.

Food was great but the general manager home wouldn't give me her name was a complete and utter jerk. And I wasn't the only person she was like that with in line. This isn't the first time that this general manager of the whole store has acted like this. Only reason we go to this McDonald's is because it's the only one that has fresh food and when the general manager isn't here the atmosphere is oh so pleasant. I think McDonald's should at least talk to this lady about her demeanor and to use a little decorum when she speaks to people especially customers. But at this point we all know it is what it is in McDonald's will not do anything about it. Or at least whomever owns this McDonald's will not do anything about it.

just wanted to say the younger blonde guy working the drive thru tonight was awesome! I had a couple mobile orders and one of my burgers didn’t have onions or pickles, so he went above and beyond to give me plenty on the side the next time I went through. very nice guy, forgot his name!

Used a code from the app for Cheeseburger Happy Meal, they added cheese so the 1.50 off didn’t apply. My husband questioned it and the manager on shift, Hayden, raged though stating adding cheese is considered an unhealthy option for kids so the discount is not applied, nothing we can do about it, it’s the app so we have to ring it up that way. Which would have been a fine understanding of it, if he had relayed it appropriately. He yelled through the speaker and we were just shell shocked at the reaction and my husband said doesn’t make sense to me but fine if you have to ring it up like that whatever geez I wasn’t trying to argue. No response. We finished our order with the drive thru person - who was great - and asked to speak to the manager as he told us that’s who got on. A different lead spoke with us because Hayden went on break. She was very pleasant and we explained the incident and I expressed how inappropriate that was handled given my husband was not being combative and only questioned what was not clear on the app. Customer service lacks a lot in areas of day to day and food service workers often get the least consideration from people - I get it, some days suck. But THAT kind of unwarranted response was uncalled for.

I ordered some breakfast for drive through pick up. I then say in the duce through the over 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got my food, my sandwiches were half wrapped and cold.
