Drive- thru line was out to the street, so I decided to walk in. Place an order at 9:37am. Waited about 15mins, finally got my food when they called my number, but didn't get my O.J. I asked, and the reply was, "We are working on it." Long story short, after 40 minutes of placing my order and then waiting for my drink, I asked for a refund and left at 10:25am. I'm done with McD.

Ordered a caramel iced coffee and was served what looks like just caramel cream. Tastes horrible and the girl that made it at the window said I swear there’s coffee in that hahaha while the guy at the window was complaining about being hungry bc he missed breakfast and how there are better places to eat. Service has been horrible ever since undergoing new management, I haven’t had a decent experience since.

Everyone knows McDonald's. I will say, for a while, they got a bad name for always messing up orders. However, in recent years, their locations have been upgraded and quality of service has improved. I don't eat fast food often, but It's our go-to place for reliability, consistency, and cleanliness.Parking: Dozens of parking spots always available.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's has been upgrading their locations. My kids love the game tables and self service kiosks.

I ordered two apple pies, granted it was an hour till closing. Apple pies, but I noticed before I opened them one of them did not have a sticker letting you know what time it was made and the other one sticker was half ripped off but it's clearly over 12 hours old..Of course being hungry at 10:00 at night. I took a bite then should not have. It was either rancid or I got food poisoning from that bite of apple pie.I also noticed a sign on the door saying "under New Management". I think I'll wait for the next management to take over to try eating here again.

Waited 15 mins to order in the drive thru with no one in front of us. Then another ten minutes till we got our food. Sandwiches/burger were not fresh and improperly made and fries were undercooked. We tried to order shamrock mcflurries but were told “they couldn’t do that” rather than saying they were out of something or that the ice cream machine was down. The people at the window did their best but it was obvious they were upset with the lack of support they were receiving from their colleagues in the back. All of this is an ongoing issue with the nightshift crew for several months now. They need help.
