The service was great, the young ladies were friendly and sweet, the atmosphere was nice and clean, the food was good.

Don’t bother placing an online order. I ordered at 4 the app said it would be ready at 4:30 when I placed the order. Went to pick it up because the app was showing it as ready. They haven’t even started it. I normally don’t do reviews but this is the 4th time this has happened. I will be going to a different location from now on.
Done an online order during the submission process app crashed said to retry i redone everything still nothing i checked my bank account payment was Processing . Called the store noone knows nothing. No order was placed i checked the app nothing yet they took payment. I was told come to store show us the payment and we'll make the sandwiches i did. They didn't believe me . After showing the time and date on my bank app where payment was made . So long story short i paided 16 bucks for nothing. Tried calling corporate thats a nightmare. Tried finding local owners number was told that wasn't possible. So im done with subway.

I just left Lakesite Subway. Had a 6 inch tuna sub on wheat, most of the tuna was outside the bread then rolled up in the paper. Nasty mess. The bread was so hard and tough I couldn’t even chew it so I got a fork and knife from one of the 4 young guys, I showed him the sub and said, there’s no reason in the world for you to serve someone this bread. I thumped it with my finger. That young man just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t say a word. The bread seemed to have been microwaved at some point. When I tried to use the fork to eat the tuna and the rest of the trimming I still couldn’t get the fork thru the bread. When we left we asked if any one of them was the manager and their heads flew up and eyes were wide open. There was no manager on duty. Never offered to make me another sub. I will call and find out who owns the store. I haven’t been able to post the pic.

I called them and they was like well we don’t know what to tell you besides bring it back and we will see what we can do

So I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but after they messed up my 2nd order and the girl got mad and snatched the receipt off the sandwich that definitely made the decision easier. So I will attach the first order picture and then I will say as a restaurant manager I would be absolutely livid knowing all my employees do is sit at a table playing on their phones while my customers stood at the counter and eventually have to go and get the employees. They could be cleaning that nasty glass or put the bread in the warmer. Or clean off some tables i definitely see why they have a 3.6 rating! Never again.

Completely shocked at the lack of customer service shown by female employee Hadyni tonight. I placed and paid for my order online at 2:39 pm online to take advantage of the buy one footlong, get one free promotion for pick up at 6:45. I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 6:35 and informed one of the male employees I was a little early. He asked my name which was provided- that’s where things went awry. Hadyni looked at her computer screen and said there wasn’t an order under my name. I said well, I have already paid for it and was certain this was the right location. She asked which store address- I told her it was this one on Hixson Pike. She said “well we haven’t had any orders under that name in the last 5 hours.” I pulled up my email which showed the order number, store address, and confirmation number. I asked her to search by the order number- she refused. She also refused to even review my email confirmation and told me to call the Hixson location to see if it was sent there. I asked what I could do since I already paid- she said you’ll have to call the Hixson location since it’s not in our system. We cant make the sandwiches. Instead, I sat down to call customer service. Then, miraculously, Hadyni said, “It just came in.” Shocking. I was appalled at her lack of customer service and basically scoffing at me like I was stupid throughout the transaction. Further, she was coughing repeatedly, sniffling and wiping her nose. Though she stepped away to cough, she didn’t change her gloves or wash her hands. Luckily, another male employee who was wonderfully kind made my sandwiches. Hunter and the male employee who make my sandwiches were excellent employees. But the experience was completely tainted by Hadyni.

Went in today to get a pizza sub and got charged for a BLT add pepperoni, which isn't right, it's supposed to be a pizza sub as it's always rang up, so we got charged 16 dollars for a foot long, which is for sure not correct. We go here all the time and know the prices, this is wrong and I'm pretty sure they rang it that much to give themselves a tip. A BLT add pepperoni is usually only 13 dollars, so where's the extra 3 dollars come from? Who ever is working today needs to lose their job for stealing from their customers, a gentleman who came out after me and my fiance said he got charged double what he normally pays as well. They need to lose their jobs asap

The staff is incredibly slow, careless and the restaurants sandwich making area was very unclean. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee wasn't listening between making my order and online orders. Almost as if I was a bother to Subway for coming there.

I never do anything like this, EVER! If I didn’t even have to put 1 star, I wouldn’t. This deserves the first time. I had just gotten off of work and stopped here to get dinner and was waiting in line. This girl, Aryanna which is an employee was slinging this customers sandwiches and smacking her lips. Well, my turn was up and she asked what I wanted and when I told her, she smacked her lips, shrugged her shoulders, rolling her eyes, was slamming the bread pan. I asked Aryanna what the problem was and she raised her voice and said “NOTHING, JUST BEEN BUSY”. I told her, I’m sorry, I’ve been at work all day long and I’m tired too, I’m sorry you hate your job. The customer in front of me, said yes, she has a problem, a big problem, seems like she doesn’t want a job. Aryanna continued to argue back and forth with me until one of her friend sitting in the lobby said “Aryanna stop”. I asked the young man where the Manager was and he said technically, I’m the Manager and I know, I can’t handle it myself, this is what I’ve been dealing with and I’m so sorry.” I asked why Aryanna still even had a job there and he told me “he’s working on that, you can call and talk to the actual supervisor tomorrow and let them know what happened tonight”.I understand that people have bad days, but that is NOT how you treat any customer, anywhere. No exceptions!

2nd time in 2 weeks and my order was completely wrong again! Called to get information about this issue and the teen answering the phone cannot make any sense and replies as "we can write down your name and replace the sub" which doesn't cover the other 2 subs that were also wrong. They claimed "we don't have a manager available and we don't know when she will be back". Lesson learned, I will get a refund and never return to this location. ✌️

Rough evening at this location Nov. 2nd. 8:15pm (45 min before closing) So I give them a pass, they run out of bread and can only serve wraps/flatbreads. The employees look like they'd rather be somewhere else. The prep counter is disgusting with dirty knives and old vegetables..Look, to me it seems like they need a manager there in the evening to keep their younger employees to standard. I understand working long hours, but my experience was unacceptable if you expect to keep customers coming later into the night after they get off. The kids working on that shift could care less. Something with the mentality in this establishment needs to change.

Okay I'm getting older and not real Swift when it comes to these apps that everybody wants you to use for sandwiches and whatnot and I went into Subway and they helped me set up my app on my phone very friendly they made me a really good sandwich made me really happy and I appreciate it thank

You need to have reg.ranch to go on a chicken bacon ranch..the person didn't tell me they were out I had to stop her from putting something spicy on my sandwich I didn't order..
