It is shocking that every time I go here, they don’t give me the food I ordered. It’s not worth driving there anymore to get what they left out of my order. They always make it right when I come back for the food I paid for. But it’s not worth an extra drive every time. Thankfully they just built another Taco Bell a few miles down the road, so that’ll be my new Taco Bell!

Cashier did a great job. However, one of the girls prepping food made a mistake. I walked it back to the counter and again, the cashier was polite and addressed the issue with the girl preparing the food. She then copped an attitude and knowingly made me stand there and wait while she prepared several other orders before others working in the back asked her about my burrito. She made some comment I couldn’t hear before finally remaking my order correctly. The quality the second time around was poor. This post is for the owner. You have a least one employee that needs coaching. I couldn’t see her name.

I live only 2mins from the lakesite location and order on the app. I place the order as I was walking out the door and when I got the food it was soggy. I can't seem to understand how in the 2 to 4mins it took me to get their how the food was so soggy like it had been in their warmer for 20mins. The crunch wrap had no crunch. The queasadias weren't cut.the only thing that wasn't a disappointment was the chips and cheese but that's pretty hard to screw up putting tortillas in a fryer that has a timer. All in all if I had to rate this taco bell location on a scale of 0 to 10, I give them a -30. I can't recommend 😕 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Constantly having order issues. Whether it’s pick up or delivery there are missing or incorrect items. I’ve talked to every manager they have had and nothing changes. If delivered I still have to go pick up missing or incorrect items. If picked up I have to do the same. It’s not that hard to check an order and make sure it’s correct. Unfortunately we don’t have many options for fast food in Lakesite otherwise we’d go elsewhere.

Yall need to get it together over there ..can't even tell the difference between a burrito supreme and a grilled cheese burrito..it's not even in the same wrapping..we live 20 mins away and YALL SIMPLY DONT CARE WHAT YALL SLING IN THE BAG AND OUT THE WINDOW. DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK!!!!

Foods always ok but then again - it's Taco Bell and unless they are just grossly incapable of doing the laid out directions - it will be ok.
However, they have terrible service. I've let slide a few times where they forget things from my order but we finally hit 5 times they've forgotten at least 20% or more of the order.
Don't order anything here unless you inspect every item at the window, don't move, don't worry about their window time, because that's why they rush.
Screw up that window metric enough and they'll make sure foods right the first time.
Or I dunno, take the trip to Broad St Taco Bell since they can be 10X's as busy and still not make mistakes like this on average.

I literally watched the heavy set woman with the red hair adjust HER UNDERWEAR with her gloved hand and then WITHOUT TAKING THEM OFF OR WASHING HER HANDS, immediately started handling food. Do I live in an alternate universe? Or is the south one of the dirtiest places to possibly live?
