Lakesite Taco Bell is my go to!!! They are always friendly and have good fast service. Food is always fresh! I have only had 1 item left out my order in the 3 years I've been going there,and I go alot because I live around the corner...hahaha. I highly recommend them!!! #1 store!!!

Ordered through the app and went in to get order. The two times I've ordered this way the order is never been right. I have to customize because my mother doesn't eat meat. And they never get it right! What's the deal? Both times inside drink machine area is always nasty liquid every where lids, paper. The condiments are always low or no napkins! No one came to the register to give me cups that went with order. Window was busy employees working orders and management sitting in his office in the back. Why can't they read the order and make things right and put orders in the right box! And clean up and stock that place or hire more people!

It’d absurd I keep coming back and every time my order is messed up! I totally said 3-4 times No onions! Every time I ask I have to either come back around or throw my bean burritos away bc I’m home and trusted the first two times they wouldn’t be on there! He but guess what 8 checked today and they were on there again and I got 1 free taco
I drove up to the drive-through and asked for a breakfast crunch wrap at 11:02am, and the speaker said that they had discontinued breakfast. I asked if it was because I was two minutes late, which was fine. I would’ve gotten something else, but he said a week ago they discontinued it completely and that they are no longer serving it. Breakfast items were still showing in the menu. Make that make sense

Terrible service even ordered from Kiosk. Over 10 minutes to get my food with other people coming and going. I only ordered 4 chalupas and 2 soft drinks. I will not go back to this Taco Bell. Service was bad and food was cold. You can do better than this Taco Bell. There are a lot of other fast food choices in that area. I will spend my $25.00 some where else next time.

Updating from 2 to 4 stars. Haven't had the cold food issue anymore, and they corrected another Taco Bell's error for me. Great customer service.
