I arrived and was the first car in line, where I waited for approximately seven minutes. During that time, multiple employees made eye contact with me, yet no one came over to take my order or even acknowledge that I was waiting. No one said they would be with me shortly or offered any explanation.
Instead, I observed an employee inside who appeared more focused on dancing or engaging in unrelated behavior than assisting customers. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was surprising and disappointing.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this experience does not reflect well on your business.

I came right B4 close due to a small accident and the 2 ladies who were working tonight were so curtious, helpful and friendly!! Thank you for the large hot brunette with extra cream... for both of them. The one my daughter accidentally dropped and the one you fixed exactly like the other!! Go see what else besides putting their customers first 7 Brew has!

While the drinks themselves are tasty, the service is most generously described as lopsided. How fast the service depends on which lane you get in. The cashier seems unable, or unwilling, to determine who actually gets in line first. The people making the drinks for some reason made them out of order. Edit: Tried them again after a few months, and nothing had changed. Service (both order taking and making) heavily favoring the left lane. If the management isn't going to do anything to fix customer noted issues, they shouldn't pretend to care about complaints.

There is never any consistency in the drive thru lanes. Management does not pay attention to how the lanes run. There should never be 7 cars moving forward in 1 lane while the other lane moves 1 car to their 7.

I go here 3 times weekly, is ok coffee for good price. I don’t think I’ll stop going, however I have to mention, employees definitely need a Better system while taking orders, today I waited 32 min for 2 simple drinks. The waiting is not the biggest issue, the issue is, they take the order of people behind me First! People who got there 10-15 minutes After me got their drinks first. Not Fair for someone waiting this long. I got my drinks and 1 of them was wrong. I asked why people behind me got their drinks long before me, they said because they were many customizations in theirs, we only order a large Chai extra sweet, and a mango energy drink with cream… not sure what was so hard to make.

*** Edited. I submitted the review prior to getting my coffee and should have waited. The line at this particular place was horrible. There did not seem to be rhyme nor reason to how orders were being taken by staff walking around. She was sorta darting between rows and cars for 5 orders then just stopped and went inside. As we sat in line, we observed 3 staff wheeling the trash cart to the dumpster while the remaining 3 struggled inside the store. I waited 35 minutes to get my coffee AFTER I ordered. It's not like you can get out of the line and leave. Though it is a Standard business formula and I'm never disappointed in what I get, my coffee was wrong this time and I did have to wait while they fixed it. It however, was delicious.

My wife has been in line for 50 plus minutes and she is 3 cars from the front the drive thru is designed so you can not leave once your in it

Yummy iced sugar cookie blondie! Essential weekend stop for sure. Employees are nice and helpful, and thank you for not blasting the music so loudly at this location that you cant hear yourself think. Thats a perk for sure compared to most of the 7 brews I go to.

We usually visit the one in Florence but we decided to try this one. Customer service was non existent. Took forever to get someone to take our order then the lady that is supposed to hand you the drinks goes to the car behind us and is just chatting (not taking an order just socializing) then goes back inside and the lady that made our drinks asked her to hand out lane 2 drinks (which was us), she says after she confirms lane 1 order. She then grabs our order and crams it all at us at once. Florence will nicely clean your cup off and tell you what it is one at a time.
