Primarily it was one person's fault for this rating basically all I have to say to him is you don't take it out on your surroundings when you get in trouble at your job. If your job is not to go into the back and do things in the back then stay out of the back and don't stand the front and complain about it.

Ordered a Reuben and crinkle fries.Fries was not fresh or hot tasted like burnt grease. Sandwich had very little meat on one side maybe a teaspoon of kraut and sauce in one corner. Always get this but this time it was the worst sandwich I've ever ordered anywhere. It will be a long time before I ever eat there again. Very disappointed.....

Best Arby's around y'all. Don't sleep on this location. Staff friendly too.
Poor service all around. Cold meal,cold fries,cold mozzarella sticks terrible at placing whole order in the bag. Check your stuff(your meal) before you pull away from that window. Wouldn't return to this location.

We ordered a turkey sandwich and the lettuce was rotten to the point that it had already started to turn black. I can't imagine that an Arby's employee placed that on a sandwich thinking that the customer wouldn't notice!

This review is based on one bad experience. Normally food is very good but last time I went my 8 dollar sandwich bun was burnt. If I haven't paid 8 dollars for one sandwich maybe i could've lived with it.

Waited 10+ minutes for food while I watched them make and bag our food and we still sit there even longer. Workers were super slow and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.
