My "fried" chicken sandwich had soggy breading like it sat in a hot box and sweated. The flavor was good, though.My husband's roast beef sandwiches were NOT GOOD! They were cold and we drove through at 12:30, so they should have had ALL fresh food!Fries were cold and not good.

I went to Arby's on 10923 to get to of their New Philly steak sandwiches and I got there in the one waiting on me said we do not have the peppers or the bread for it that sounds like poor management !!

I have never had anything bad from Arby’s until today.I thought I would try the fish with crinkle fryes..That was the worst fish I have ever tried to eat. It was soft and mushy and had no fish taste to it. I took a bite off the end of each of the 5 pieces they all tasted the same, I wouldn’t even reed it to my dogs.

On July 14,2023 we went there and got food and the manager on duty was Rude and tried to argue with me. And tried to make it out that the food got cold in the 3 mins it takes to get from the store to my home. Who ever took the order through drive through was hateful and very unprofessional. I will be reporting this to the district manager and contacting corporate.
