Tried this BK again and once again I am disappointed. I got a cold burger. Not cool when there was no other customers there.
Got cold coffee (which was supposed to be hot) AND got cold breakfast sandwiches at 8:30am. Having to heat up everything just so we can eat it. Very disappointed..

Why does it take 15 minutes to get someone to take your order in the drive thru? No wonder everyone is next door at McDonald's! I didn't wait to buy anything. Looking to eat today.

I just sat at the drive-thru order speaker for an extended time ( only person in line ) no response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and backed up and went inside to place my order. I stood at the counter for an extended time only for no one to come to the counter and take my order, again I was the only customer in the restaurant. I just walked out and will not be back.

Went there last night to get some food it took almost 45 minutes to get my food ask for the manager twice and then he came out and told me that he was doing his count I responded will the customers come first over your account and he told me that it does not took him 15 minutes to come out of the office

They were very understaffed. It was two young men running the dinner rush. It took them close to an hour to get us our food. BUT. It was the best food we've gotten in Lawrenceburg in four years. I am vegetarian and ordered an impossible wopper with onion rings on it. Probably the only restaurant to ever get that right. It's a simple request, they were busy, and they still did an amazing job, just the two of them. 10/10 will go back

So glad there open again! Hate McDonald's and don't care for the other fast food in this town it sucks burger king and long John silvers are the only decent places to eat the rest sucks .

Had to ask us three separate times what we ordered, and still seemed confused. Took us almost 25 minutes after making a mobile order 20 minutes before we even arrived. Re-opened and still just as slow. Will not be coming back to this location
