“I ordered the eight pieces meal deal, original recipe with an extra breast which I was charged for. I did not get the extra breast that I paid for, they gave me extra crispy and then they shorted me a potato and a gravy. There was literally no one else in the drive-thru. We live 20 miles out of town and when I called to complain, the woman's response to me was that they are only human. She told me to bring in my receipt the next time I am in town and they will give me a breast. Never mind the potatoes and gravy that they cheated me out of and never mind the hungry people who were waiting for their dinner. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. no matter how bad they screw up your order, they will take no blame because they are only human. I get that but WTF? It was all wrong and it all sucked“
