The food is never done how I ask , and when we come at 7:30 they never have chocolate ice cream they are always already cleaning the machine . We’ve left multiple times with nothing bc we came for ice cream . The Florence establishment said it’s against company policy to clean to machines so early I don’t know how true that is but It makes a lot more sense .

Amber was the lady taking my order. She suggested on making it a combo and upsize which is great suggestive selling! Great job Amber!! You will make a great leader one day. The food was amazing! Fresh, hot, and right on time!! Keep up the awesome work!!
