Got hamburger there few days ago and needs more lettuce and onions and picklesHad 2 little rings of onion and very little lettuce hamburger don't look like the pictures, The manager needs teach how to dress up the burgers moreReally like DQ but make them hamburger

Waited all day to go get the parmesan garlic chicken tenders as advertised “you won’t find chicken strips like this anywhere else”. Well you won’t find them at this DQ either. I was told they didn’t have utensils to make them. Which is confusing because what kind of special utensil do you need to toss chicken strips. Anyway I then ask if I could just get the sauce on the side. They go to tell me they can’t do that either. When I ask why they said that they have always been told they can do that. Overall terrible experience/ customer service.

NOT TWO LITTLE STRIPSbut the biggest issue was the lack of presentation on the Strawberry ? Sunday! See photos!Old : OK shut down the dining in for rona, then open the dining room, then shut it down again! This is getting confusing at this point if you won’t let me in your place I don’t want to spend money at your establishment. There’s plenty businesses here in Lawrenceburg that will want to take your money and let you sit in their nice comfy dining room! For example since you guys would not let us come in today we simply took our business to Taco Bell ?!

Drive thru took a bit but food was fresh. The blizzard was amazing... hadn't had one in a while. The onion rings were cooked just right and the chicken tenders had the right amount of crunch. Worth the wait!! You could understand the person taking order clearly and she was very nice. Good to know there are good, happy employees still out there!
