Service sucked as usual selected curbside delivery. Sat outside waiting for pizzas to cook… noticed the app said product was picked up five minutes earlier. My husband went in to get it and the boy behind counter replied “oh curbside “. This dominos is going downhill quick had issue 2 months ago and I see they still have inadequate workers

My 2nd time ordering at this location. I order the same thing every time, no matter the location ( Pacific Veggie), because I just can't believe that Columbia is the ONLY location that can get this recipe and bake right. This location has a great upgrades inside and the space and look is cool. The staff wasn't very welcoming. Maybe it was just that night. I tried to engage in basic cordial customer service you know like soft skills, still nothing. Well, I mean, I was the only customer in there at the register besides 1 person waiting at a table. Maybe that was it. The pizza quality: I always order hand tossed but for some reason the crust is always thin. Could someone tell me how to order the crust so it's NOT thin? They say about 20 minutes and I get there in 25 pizzas are ready, GREAT. I look at them and they look so old and dry. I think well maybe it's me. I get home not too far away. Try a slice and nope it's dry/ Crust was dry and thin but flavorful/ Onions and peppers were so big I chocked a few times/ Pizzas taste like they were missing a few major ingredients. This Pizza if and when prepared RIGHT is Amazing. I just don't understand why I don't get at least the good one. I'm not even looking for Amazing just good. Will I return, of course because I believe everyday is a new chance to get it RIGHT. I also believe in sharing my experiences with others in and around our communities to give feedback, help others make choices, and to improve the quality and service we ALL receive.
Vegetarian options: Pacific Veggie is a great option the crust is seasoned and the recipe was crafted to perfection
Wheelchair accessibility: There are several wheelchair parking options and this location offers a pickup window and curbside pickup.

Update : I would like to say that the manager reached out to me last night and apologized for the inconvenience of everything that happened and he refunded my order since everything that had happened. Thank You
I waited for my pizza 40 mins after ordering on the app I ordered when I was north of Ethridge and still had to wait another 30 minutes after getting to the store. Wow 12 people in there working and had to wait this long.
Update:got home pizza was not even what I ordered. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 ham and pineapple got 2 pineapple pizzas. Three kids didn’t have anything to eat
