My wife went inside tonight to just try to get some warm water to make our newborn a bottle since he was crying in the car and our bottle warmer wasn’t working. She was inside for 4-5 minutes and no one even acknowledged her. Proceeded to try to go through the drive though and got the same result!! Poor way to treat anyone!!

i’m done with this dunkin the drinks always taste absolutely disgusting i’ve tried it over and over again and ive tried different things hoping it will better but no it’s always gross the coffee always tatste like straight expresso and chemicals, i wish we had a starbucks instead

This is a sad cup I mean it wasn’t cheap but there is a new boy there and I see he tries really hard and I feel I would hurt his feelings complaining about the amount he fills the cup maybe management could talk to him this is what my coffee looks like the last couple of weeks at least 3 times a week

I wish I could give Dunkin Donuts. A higher rating, maybe it is because I was a little kid, but it seems like their donuts used to be way better. These days, it just tasted like overprocessed chemicals covered up by an excess of sugar. I wish they would take it back to their original recipe

The coffee is always better than the breakfast food 9/10. But there's no complaints here cause the dunkalatte cannot be beat. It's my favorite and I'm loving how long it has stayed around this time.

Terrible. Just messed up our order of 3 egg and cheese wraps, replacing it with 2 donuts that we paid $9.19 for. Also didn’t have glazed donuts or our drinks

I had the worst experience tonight with this store!! Did a mobile order. Get to the store they don’t have half my order. The girl at the window was kind and trying to tell me what we could do to make it right another girl comes up and has a horrible attitude. Hands me the receipt and says you’ll just have to go to the app and request a refund. I gave them back the drink and left. I go to the app and realized I checked out as a guest and did not create an account. I call the store to see what I could do and the woman proceeds to tell me I don’t know what you’re going to do about that. I said excuse me? Like you have no idea what I can do to get a refund for this to be rectified? She said no clue. I asked for corporate or a managers number to get this issue fixed because I just spent $17 on donuts and left with nothing 🤷🏻♀️ she said well you can just Google that. I in fact Google and call the number. Now I have to wait for two days for the store to call me with a resolution. Crazyyyy all of this could have been avoided had the worker just been decent. And that just wasn’t what happened tonight.

Employees are not very friendly. You can tell several of them hate their job and they let it be known.
Edit 3 years later the employees are just as bad. They not only have gotten my order wrong several times they have looked at me like I have lost my mind. Also the price for their drinks are on a fluctuating scale. I order the exact same thing every single time. One day it rang up as $7.11. three days later it rang up as $8.69 a week later it was $7.65. A few days later and the price was $8.73.
They charged a dollar to add a 12oz cup of tap water to my order. The water tasted like dirt.
