I recently went to my local dunkin I stood at the counter with multiple employees walking back and forth in front of me not speaking to me. I waited at minimum of 5 mins after I had turned to my husband and said they haven't acknowledged me yet. A girl walks over to says I can't take your order I'm not in the register and walks away. Finally another girl comes to take my order. My husband needed to use the bathroom they had the door locked so no one could use it....
Service and quality control have taken a hit at this location. It's rare that you'll come across a friendly employee, and they can't seem to make a consistent iced latte anymore.

3 years later the employees are just as bad. They not only have gotten my order wrong several times they have looked at me like I have lost my mind. Also the price for their drinks are on a fluctuating scale. I order the exact same thing every single time. One day it rang up as $7.11. three days later it rang up as $8.69 a week later it was $7.65....
