Who ever serve me didn’t want to be there. Worst service I ever had. It’s simple breakfast. Food was cold. Tots were greasy. Gave me an empty cup of coffee. She doesn’t need to be there.

Ok I was eating breakfast with my granddaughter (9)all the employees were talking about some things that they shouldn’t have been where a customer would be able to here. Talking about other customers that come in the store loudly to where everyone in that place could hear.
As far as the food biscuits were kinda to brown on bottoms and kinda hard not fresh.

As we were getting up to leave there was an employee that was cleaning tables couldn’t wait for us to get out of the way so she could wipe down the table. sorry we were in the way.

The new cordon bleu sandwich is so good! I went through the drive through, the order experience was excellent, I received my food quickly and the window worker was very nice.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the bread was dry. It was also NEON GREEN. IT ALMOST GLOWED. The chicken was sand or water. The sandwich was mostly lettuce. The sandwich made me sick for a bit too.

This store is in desperate need of new management. I stood in line for 45 minutes, watching Megan (the only person scheduled to work the front counter) run her tail off trying to keep up with counter orders and all online orders by herself. During this time, multiple other employees stood propped up by the drive thru casually drinking their coffee (one even went out for a smoke right by the entrance, so everyone entering had to walk through the smoke), not remotely offering any help. One employee told other customers and myself that Megan was scheduled to work the front counter alone and nobody was obligated to help her. We were also told that management was well aware of this situation and did not care because their main priority is the drive thru. This was not the first bad experience I've had at this location since the shutdown and reopening, but it will be my last. Thank you to Megan for trying though!
